Visited my local Simply Food, Prestwich, Manchester on Saturday to do my Sister's weekly shop as she is in the vulnerable category. Queue with Covid was longer than usual taking 40 minutes to enter. As always shop very well stocked for its size and I got everything I needed. On reaching the till I was served by a delightful asst 'Jane ' who was warm, very bubbly, and gave fantastic customer service. Jane you are a credit to Marks & Spencer's.

flowers came in a box that was broken and damaged, flowers inside were crushed,broken and half dead. They were a gift which is now ruined waste of 30+ pounds...

I bought two slow cooked lamb shanks for our Sunday meal. There was no other meat available apart from chicken when I shopped. The lamb shanks, however, were absolutely DELICIOUS! Well done MnS on a great, relatively affordable, Sunday 'roast'.

Visiting Truro branch in March, pre lock down. Sam and Mandy in jeans department were brilliant. They were extremely helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble as they kept bringing different styles to the changing room for me to try on. I wish they would relocate to our Kingston upon Thames branch 😉. Thank you Sam and Mandy. I will definitely visit you again when back in Truro.

Just want to congratulate Marks and Spencer on their excellent staff during the very difficult and worrying times (Covid19.) I am a 72 yr old pensioner and did a special pensioners shop at my local Kingswood M&S food store. It was a very pleasant experience, made even more so, when waiting in a queue a member of staff who’s name was Karen kindly asked if I needed assistance. A reply of yes please, was very quickly satisfied, thankyou, much appreciated!

I ordered various bedding items online. One item was sent by M&S in the wrong size. Unfortunately the size was not at all displayed on the packaging and the error was therefore not obvious to discover until I had washed the item. Trying to have the item exchanged for the correct size (the bigger one I had paid for) was refused. Apparently they don´t exchange items that have been washed. I would normally agree with this. In this case there was no way I could have discovered M&S errors until after washing. They were not even willing of reimbursing the difference in price of the items. I am totally disappointed by the lack of customer service offered in this scenario. I will not order with M&S again. And this comes from a formerly longterm and happy M&S customer.

Thank you Mark's & Spencer's, for restoring my faith in online ordering of flowers. I have used many companies, only to be left dissatisfied with the delivered flowers, which are for my mom. I ordered a pink blush flower gift bag including chocolates, which arrived perfectly, the flowers were fresh and really pretty. I was a little concerned after reading some of the poor reviews, but I am glad I had no complaints, and my mom was very happy.

It's mothering Sunday and has anyone else notice that dear old M&S has reduced the number of roses from 10 in a bunch to just 8! Same price - just less. At a time of Corona virus where there is a need to be considerate to each other and less selfish, perhaps M&S could lead by a less shameful example.

I have had issues with my local Marks and Spencer’s, Chineham, selling out of date products but today, 15/3/2020 at 11:34 they still have full priced Freshly Squeezed (!) Lemonade on the shelf that’s date was USE BY 12/3/2020. And multiple bottles.

What has happened to the Gastropub range? M and S must be using a different and cheaper supplier. Pastry on the salmon en croute tasted disgusting, and the salmon inside was mushy and not proper pieces like it used to be. Will not be purchasing it ever again. Have tried the en croute at Waitrose. Far superior. Lovely salmon and a tasty lemon mascarpone sauce. Will be buying more of Waitrose's products in future. Get your act together M and S, and go back to producing quality food instead of trying to make bigger profits.

The food is now second rate. They are closing much needed shops like Sutton Coldfield and Solihull just to get rid of old buildings. A lot of elderly people rely on their ready meals and are unable to travel to out of town superstores. The bottom line is the executives of M&S simply do not care about their customers. They may change their minds when customers shop elsewhere but they will only have themselves to blame.

I ordered sandwich platter as part of an afternoon tea for me and my friends. We were all very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed them. I cannot recommend highly enough and it saved me from shopping and preparation. I will definitely order from M&S again

I am sick of buying underwire Bras where the wire pokes through the middle, after a few wears(4 to 5 time) the wire comes through,not just on one style but a number of which I have. My other complaint is the quality of your £6.99 Blk Tight ,these are just overlocked straight across ,the do not fit properly around the toe,they are cheaply made and do not warrant the price you charge. I will not be venturing to M &S for clothing anytime in the near future. Priced over the top for poor quality clothing,may I add this is not just my opinion but I have spoken to many (used to be) customers . Where has the M & S QUALITY GONE??

About 3 weeks ago, I bought 4 dresses at M&S. I paid £29.50 each for 3 of them and £39.50 for one. Now I find two of the ones I paid £29.50 each for are in the sale for £14.50. So basically I lost £30 having bought them 3 weeks earlier. Haven’t checked if the others are in the sale too. Have been buying clothes from M&S for years but will not anymore following this experience. Why should anyone risk paying a much higher price when within weeks the same items are so cheap. This is completely unfair to customers who pay more in good faith.
