The newly packaged Gastro Pub fish pie is far below the quality of previous one .Really awful. This gastro pub range is very inferior now. How disappointing . We customers are no fools. Wake up M&S. Get back to your good food or you will be no more!

I visted M & S in Poole. I just want to comment about staff in Woman's fashion dept., especially member called "Oksana". Bright, friendly, she went out of her way to make me feel good about myself, being honest when I asked her opinion on what suited and what did not. Refreshing! I have been in business and would have recruited her no doubt in a creative and "hands on" position. She is a credit to the store. I spent more than I intended, but thanks to her I am happy with my choices. Thank you.

Ordered three items last Friday and chose home delivery. Strangely Sunday was offered as a nominated day and was selected. Confirmation email stated that delivery would be on the coming Sunday. That's when it all went wrong. Items were split into three parcels, first was delivered on the Saturday, a day early. We were then informed that other two parcels would be delivered Monday and Tuesday. Telephoned Marks to explain that Tuesday was impossible. They promised to contact courier (Royal Mail) and re-arrange, and get back to me. Of course nothing happened and we had to cancel our arrangements for Tuesday to await the delivery. So not one of the three items was delivered on the nominated day. No-one took any notice of our request for assistance, and why did Marks offer Sunday when clearly they cannot deliver that day. Royal Mail told us they do not deliver on Sundays. This is incompetence on a colossal scale, everything went wrong. Nominated days obviously mean nothing, and customer service are useless. Never again will Marks be used by us for delivery.

This is incompetence on a colossal scale. Courier was Royal Mail who informed me they never deliver on Sundays. Why offer a nominated day and then select a courier who won't deliver that day. Just don't offer Sundays, that's fine. This farce has caused considerable inconvenience and as a result I will never choose a Marks delivery again. It was a complete joke. Not one of the items was delivered on the nominated day.

Returned a faulty bag to store without the receipt. The bag was no longer in stock and so unable to exchange. However apart from the obvious fault in the seam there were no other signs of wear and on that basis it was deamed that a full refund was acceptable, albeit in the form of a credit note. I was highly satisfied and was completely happy with the excellent customer service privided by this company. Well done M&S

15 minutes in line to buy an egg sandwich and a coffee and a further 15 minutes for a soup to be served to the table. Only two people behind the counter, this over lunch time which must be a busy period. Rest of the staff, if any, must have gone elsewhere for lunch. What has happened to the gastropub range? The new packaging is awful and I cant get the meals that i used to really enjoy, particularly the beef mac and cheese. Instead of improving the choice for customers they have ruined it. Absolute rubbish M&S.

Luxury sherry trifle. ...bought three individual trifles. On Friday 14 February with use by date the same day ....only noticed that when we got home. Zero flavour. Zero,Sherry. No sponge. Just lots of chunky fruit cocktail. Very disappointed. All three went in the bin ....😱

So disappointed with our gastro pub Salmon in flakey pastry parcels... Didn’t cook well & hardly any fish? Didn’t look like the picture in the new design packaging either!!! Shop daily in M&S & usually happy... :-(

I have purchased the gluten free quiche and would like to tell you how good it was. Very tasty and lovely pastry I would purchase again. My other favourites are all gluten free, Lasagna, steak pies, large apple pie and fruit crumble. Can you make some different meals too please like chilli con carne, curries etc. Thank you 🙋🏼‍♀️

You are right. Get buyers who actually know what the public want and not what they think they want. I write about non food items. They though are way too expensive and quality no better than most other supermarkets.

Having just finished your valentine meal we chose Scallops starter, mains chicken Kiev and Rosemary potato, we bought broccoli stems, for desert chocolate cheesecake, plus A bottle of very decent White wine, we have enjoyed every bite, the scallops were lovely in white sauce and decorated mash potato, the chicken kiev was as you stated on the box your BEST EVER, the rosemary potato very nice and the cheesecake was just heaven. we will definetly be buying the said food ,on return to your store. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR VALENTINE MEAL SO DELICIOUS.

Asked an assistant to help me find some clothes, in a strange store, that I had never been in before. The response was a glare and a point to some where. I returned and asked again, this time a grunt a moan and another point. I left

Ordered two dozen red roses for my wife for Valentines Day and when delivered they were drooping, dying and several heads were missing. They were delivered without being placed in water. Despite being offered a full refund immediately there was no apology nor an investigation into such poor quality which ruined both our Valentine's Day. Never again will I use this company for flowers. I am appalled and shocked at their lack of interest.

My husband bought one of your Gastro Pub steak lasagne yesterday. We used to buy this product regularly and thought the quality was very good. However this lasagne was disgusting. The 'steak' tasted awful with an unpleasant aftertaste. Sloppy, nasty mush. I would expect this quality product in the savers range at a low quality supermarket. Most of this product went on the bin. We have noticed the quality on other products has dropped e.g. Chinese crispy lemon chicken. Packaging has changed quite recently and the quality dropped at the same time. Even chocolates at Christmas were inferior. Altold very disappointing for M&S. You are going to try harder to win us customers back.

Received an email this am in Canada advertising your Valentine's food special,and tried four times to order it for brother in UK. Went round and round trying to place this order. However does it report that the offer has ended or you have run out of supply.So annoyed at time waste. Buy elsewhere in future. Don't send emails advertising ATH which is not available, and if you do, then indicate on the site that supply has run out. Timewasters

M&S why have you changed Gastro pub packaging? Is it because you've got an inferior producer? Individual Aubergine bake was spot on - new double size one is nowhere near as good. I think you've decided to use a cheaper producer with poorer quality ingredients. This is why you'll be out of business in 10years!

New Gastropub moussaka - flavour was ok but the whole thing was just sloppy on the plate, like soup. Moussaka should have some integrity and hold together. Aubergines were nice and there were no courgettes for cheapness as in the old moussaka but the potato slices were hard and undercooked. Sorry but won't buy this again:(
