My daughter gave me a jumper she had bought at M&S several months previously but never worn. After I had worn it twice (and not yet washed it) it started ‘bobbling’. I took it into M&S and was told that as it was VERY old stock they would refund £2.89, take it or leave it. What happened to the Marks and Sparks we were able to rely on?

Bought your £12 meal deal on Friday which was made up of your apparently Best Steak Pie Ever . The second I cut into it I smelled a sickly sweet, smokey aroma. I hadn’t bother3d reading the ingredients as the package was named STEAK pie ! I immediately went to check the now empty box to find it had BACON included in the pie . I was very disappointed and could not eat any more and so this spoiled my Sunday lunch . Why you would put bacon in a steak pie stuns me and will be checking your ingredients more closely from now on. Very dissatisfied.

I Ordered flowers for my elderly mum in isolation to cheer her up as not seen anyone in weeks, they never arrived, could not speak to anyone waited over 45 mins on phone twice, emailed twice no reply, then 48 hrs later facebook message after i complained stating flowers were damaged in transit and would i like a refund or replacement delivery? What kind of service is that they are offering their repetitive customers? M&S have gone down in my estimations, they are no longer a reliable, reputable company they've lost their way im afraid...I'll think twice about shopping or using them in future...

I ordered various bedding items online. One item was sent by M&S in the wrong size. Unfortunately the size was not at all displayed on the packaging and the error was therefore not obvious to discover until I had washed the item. Trying to have the item exchanged for the correct size (the bigger one I had paid for) was refused. Apparently they don´t exchange items that have been washed. I would normally agree with this. In this case there was no way I could have discovered M&S errors until after washing. They were not even willing of reimbursing the difference in price of the items. I am totally disappointed by the lack of customer service offered in this scenario. I will not order with M&S again. And this comes from a formerly longterm and happy M&S customer.

It's mothering Sunday and has anyone else notice that dear old M&S has reduced the number of roses from 10 in a bunch to just 8! Same price - just less. At a time of Corona virus where there is a need to be considerate to each other and less selfish, perhaps M&S could lead by a less shameful example.

I have had issues with my local Marks and Spencer’s, Chineham, selling out of date products but today, 15/3/2020 at 11:34 they still have full priced Freshly Squeezed (!) Lemonade on the shelf that’s date was USE BY 12/3/2020. And multiple bottles.

What has happened to the Gastropub range? M and S must be using a different and cheaper supplier. Pastry on the salmon en croute tasted disgusting, and the salmon inside was mushy and not proper pieces like it used to be. Will not be purchasing it ever again. Have tried the en croute at Waitrose. Far superior. Lovely salmon and a tasty lemon mascarpone sauce. Will be buying more of Waitrose's products in future. Get your act together M and S, and go back to producing quality food instead of trying to make bigger profits.

I am sick of buying underwire Bras where the wire pokes through the middle, after a few wears(4 to 5 time) the wire comes through, not just on one style but a number of which I have. My other complaint is the quality of your £6.99 Blk Tight ,these are just overlocked straight across ,the do not fit properly around the toe, they are cheaply made and do not warrant the price you charge. I will not be venturing to M &S for clothing anytime in the near future. Priced over the top for poor quality clothing, may I add this is not just my opinion but I have spoken to many (used to be) customers . Where has the M & S QUALITY GONE??

About 3 weeks ago, I bought 4 dresses at M&S. I paid £29.50 each for 3 of them and £39.50 for one. Now I find two of the ones I paid £29.50 each for are in the sale for £14.50. So basically I lost £30 having bought them 3 weeks earlier. Haven’t checked if the others are in the sale too. Have been buying clothes from M&S for years but will not anymore following this experience. Why should anyone risk paying a much higher price when within weeks the same items are so cheap. This is completely unfair to customers who pay more in good faith.

I visited your Neath shop this week the staff were rude and a girl Hannah ordered the wrong pack of briefs for me .i am elderly and she didn’t care just laughed. The shop stock was poor and the clothing manager with bleached hair was screaming at a girl .i won’t shop here again it was dreadful what has happened to this old unfashionable shop.

Bought Gastropub steak lasagne-not inexpensive. Virtually no meat and liquid gravy with nasty sour aftertaste. Will not be buying this or recommending to friends. Previously a loyal Marks customer but would think twice about buying the premium range again.

The staff at the airport were rude and made me feel talked down to. I expected a much higher quality from a company that has never let me down before. Please in the future check that the people your managers are hiring are not as horrible as the staff I met today (As I hope anybody higher up would not hire them).

You really need to sort out your sizing. I tried 3 size 14 trousers on today - they were all different - one way too big, another too small and the lengths differed by 2 inches! The quality of the material has rapidly deteriorated whilst prices go up. I bought a pair of trousers from NEXT which fitted perfectly and were£10 cheaper! WAKE UP and realise there is competition which know how to satisfy their customers

Overall Marks and Spencer food is definitely not as good as it used to be. i used to buy a great deal and collect by car now i shop at waitrose sorry. Such a shame i have given it one star because the fresh bread is really nice. The clothes are much better than they used to be!

Not impressed at all. Staff appear to be in a world of their own. Several young staff just drifting around..queues..6 tables around my table cluttered with dirty cutlery..they are so slow that the dishes are not being washed..and running out of clean crocks..queues very long..people left waiting while staff go out to the kitchen on BOTH counters. No receipt given..noticed we had to ask for the biscuit for the coffee. Where is the supervisor??? Bit of a shambles really. The only positive was the coffee tasted nice!?

I bought boots in November. Recently ,I noticed that the material was flaking off and the uppers had come apart from the sole. This happened in dreadful rain. I waited until the boots were dry and took them back. I was rudely told that the "stench" of the boots which was a result of being soaked through and melting glue was a sign that they had been "well worn" and they would not be replaced. I'm 64 and not hard on boots. I was wearing 2 year old boots from another company at the time of complaining. I have a cupboard full of boots much older in great condition. I was humiliated by the extreme deliberate rudeness. I tried to contact M and S but have gone round in circles. 46 years of shopping with them is over.

Food dreadful, clothing shoddy, customer service appalling. Told I was a liar! So much for the customer always being right. This company is a million miles away from how it used to be. Will soon be down the pan and deservedly so.
