Luxury sherry trifle. ...bought three individual trifles. On Friday 14 February with use by date the same day ....only noticed that when we got home. Zero flavour. Zero,Sherry. No sponge. Just lots of chunky fruit cocktail. Very disappointed. All three went in the bin ....đŸ˜±

So disappointed with our gastro pub Salmon in flakey pastry parcels... Didn’t cook well & hardly any fish? Didn’t look like the picture in the new design packaging either!!! Shop daily in M&S & usually happy... :-(

You are right. Get buyers who actually know what the public want and not what they think they want. I write about non food items. They though are way too expensive and quality no better than most other supermarkets.

Asked an assistant to help me find some clothes, in a strange store, that I had never been in before. The response was a glare and a point to some where. I returned and asked again, this time a grunt a moan and another point. I left

Ordered two dozen red roses for my wife for Valentines Day and when delivered they were drooping, dying and several heads were missing. They were delivered without being placed in water. Despite being offered a full refund immediately there was no apology nor an investigation into such poor quality which ruined both our Valentine's Day. Never again will I use this company for flowers. I am appalled and shocked at their lack of interest.

My husband bought one of your Gastro Pub steak lasagne yesterday. We used to buy this product regularly and thought the quality was very good. However this lasagne was disgusting. The 'steak' tasted awful with an unpleasant aftertaste. Sloppy, nasty mush. I would expect this quality product in the savers range at a low quality supermarket. Most of this product went on the bin. We have noticed the quality on other products has dropped e.g. Chinese crispy lemon chicken. Packaging has changed quite recently and the quality dropped at the same time. Even chocolates at Christmas were inferior. Altold very disappointing for M&S. You are going to try harder to win us customers back.

Received an email this am in Canada advertising your Valentine's food special,and tried four times to order it for brother in UK. Went round and round trying to place this order. However does it report that the offer has ended or you have run out of supply.So annoyed at time waste. Buy elsewhere in future. Don't send emails advertising ATH which is not available, and if you do, then indicate on the site that supply has run out. Timewasters

M&S why have you changed Gastro pub packaging? Is it because you've got an inferior producer? Individual Aubergine bake was spot on - new double size one is nowhere near as good. I think you've decided to use a cheaper producer with poorer quality ingredients. This is why you'll be out of business in 10years!

The count on us range has gone down hill since the range revamp. The chicken in the chicken arrabbiata is awful now, it is hard and the texture is not the same. Very disappointed as me and my husband bought these regularly.

ordered a tomahawk steak, went to pick up today and it wasn't at all as pictured on website, it was a large bone with a miniscule piece of steak which is meant to serve two,, refused to accept and had a refund,, very disappointed...as had a wasted journey to store...

My wife bought me a Chinese meal deal which I had tonight it was the biggest load of rubbish I have ever had it ended up in the rubbish where it should have been in the first place . If you would like a photo of it in the bin I will send it to you

Very disappointed- bought the £12.00 meal for two deal yesterday in M&S Frome. The Gastropub lasagne was absolutely tasteless with a cloying texture : after a couple of mouthfuls went in the bin, the bottle of white wine (Terre Sicilians) was acidic with a metallic aftertaste: actually disgusting and tipped down the kitchen sink. Haven’t cooked the fries or tried the fruit pudding but not confident now about the quality. It’s simple, won’t bother buying food in M&S from now on.

I purchase from your store on a regular basis but today I for the first time bought your roast beef dinner for one . What a disappointment Never again The product was not up to expectations and the majority ended in the bin

I used the 'size filter' to shop the M&S on-line sale. Without exception, every time I found an item I liked, my size was out of stock OR all sizes were out of stock. It was a complete waste of my time. If something is out of stock, take it off the website or at the very least keep the filter up to date.

Food purchased for Christmas lunch found to have mould growing on it when opened the next day (even though still well within date). Christmas lunch ruined. Complained to M&S who sent a few lines saying sorry..... and said they would email a voucher within “a few hours”.... then several paragraphs asking for feedback (even though no voucher at this point). Voucher arrived for the value of the item (£7). Re contacted to say I didn’t feel this was an acceptable compensation to be told “we have reviewed your complaint and feel the £7 voucher is sufficient”..... what an absolute joke. At least I expect a refund and similar value replacement. I’d replied to suggest they cancel the voucher as I won’t be using M&S again. (By the time I drive to their store and paid for parking I would be out of pocket. No wonder their sales are falling. Appalling “couldn’t care less” attitude. Pity I can’t post the pictures on here

Purchased your Chicken and Grain soup and very disappointed to see that the only chicken is from 5% chicken thigh. The remainder is from chicken stock. I expected nice chunky pieces of chicken but unfortunately this was not the case. I usually love your soups and buy the Thai Curry and others when I can but I wont be picking this one up again. Very disappointing for a M&S product.

Bought a sideboard, bookcase and side table and advised delivery would be in a weeks time which was fine. I arranged for other deliveries that same day and now receive a phone call saying there is a problem and delivery will be another week! Now need to be home for a further day! Not happy, should have bought from John Lewis! Indicative probably of their poor business results.

No surprise about men's trouser drain pipes. Look who is in charge of clothing-Steve Rowe, who should be sacked immediately. M& S might then get back into the FTSI 100.
