“I've had my clippers for more than 5 years and use them regularly on my horse who has a thick coat resulting from PPID. Only this year has one battery given up and my blades. I ordered replacements online and they arrived the next day. An excellent service supplying high quality products.”

“This product is a game changer from the beginning by the stylish silver case the HD Roamer is stored in, purchased as a combo with the showmate trimmers. Brilliant clipping experience. I like the curved shape of the base blade outer edges which literally stops nicking in the curvy areas of your horse. The trimmers were incredibly effective for the face, ears, feet and blending; however I found it really easy to blend and clip on the face with the HD Roamer. The best clippers I've used and 100% better than a renowned competitor especially, and quite importantly, customer service! 10/10 and more!”

“Absolutely brilliant clippers. My sprocker doesn’t like going to groomers. These were so easy to use and my sprocker does not look like he has a mum cut!! Customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend”

“Our Llama Clippers stopped working a month or so before the 2 year warranty ran out. Without hesitation, they repaired the motor. Absolutely first class and highly recommended as a company.”

“Master lip clippers- just the other day they stopped working. This was due to the bottom casing having cracked through dropping them too many times. Ordered a new part- case & it was delivered in 2 days! Clippers now working again- saving me a fortune. Excellent service, superb price, thank you.”

“I had a problem with my blade and phoned Masterclip. I was promised a call back which came very quickly. My problem was diagnosed and a new blade and oil dispatched along with a free set of cleaning brushes. Delivered within two days and problem solved. Friendly efficient service .”

“Had dealings with Joe over a call about an issue I had with my MD Roamer clipper. I experienced a first class service as the issue involved some troubleshooting with Joe sending out various items to discover what item was causing my issue. Various trail items sent out FOC to solve the issue. All items received quickly by post and the issue was finally resolved. Very pleased with the service. First Class all round from Joe and the team.”
