“Ordered blades for my clippers. Fast delivery. I chose these dog grooming clippers as I knew that I could order spare blades. I required them quickly and got them in 2 days. Great service.”

“This is the second pair of clippers I've had in the 2 year warranty that have started smoking whilst grooming a dog ! It's like the motor gets too hot and can't cope. But what I can say is the customer care is amazing and replaced both sets within 24hrs”

“I was very impressed when they called to make sure they had the correct address. The product is well presented and seems to work well. Not to loud when using it so my dog was not stressed.”

“Excellent customer service. I emailed for advice on my clippers before sending them to Masterclip. Jo gave me excellent advice. I sent my clippers off for repair on the Monday and I had them back just three days later. Couldn't be happier.”

“Efficient, Excellent product value in terms of what you get with your purchase. I chose the A5 cordless master clip. I've always had clippers with a cord but needed to budget making the leading brand of cordless clippers less affordable. This is where Master clip has come up tops for me. I purchased the cordless A5 clipper,2 rechargeable batteries ,aswell as a charger and a blade,added a separate blade, all for half the price of the leading brand. They come in a sturdy carry case which helps keep them safe and easy to store. The A5 is also compatible with other brands too from andis to oster so if you are looking for an upgrade you can do so and still use your existing blades in other makes. The customer service team are great at answering questions and helping with queries over a friendly phone call or via email. They are quick to respond and eager to help. Over all great company and product wether a professional groomer or for grooming your own pets. Highly recommend. Thankyou”
