“Ordered a #5f and received a #7f which wouldn't fit on my A5 clippers. I emailed for help as I wouldn't have minded this mistake had the blade worked but received none. I have had functional blades from masterclip before though”

It is disappointing to hear that you received the wrong blade and that the blade you did receive didn't fit your clippers. I can see that a replacement blade has been posted so we must have made contact. I will get in touch with you directly so that we can resolve the issue.

“Bought the cordless clippers as a handy go to between main coat clip with mains Masterclip animal clippers. They are excellent and far superior to the make they have replaced. Easy to grip and very good sharp cutter which glides smoothly. Particularly like the charge display so you know how much charge you have before groominh begins. They do make a noise but not enough to concern one of my more nervous companions.”

“Great value for money. They have saved me a fortune. My last one lasted 2 years until the screws fell out and would not hold the plate in place. I have 2 dogs and cut their hair every 6 weeks. They are not too noisy and cut really well. Would highly recommend”

“Had my clippers repaired by Master clip in November used once . Went to use them last week and they did not work. A quick call to Susie who confirmed they were still under warranty ,I was ermailed a prepaid postage lable. Clippers returned and were back with me within a week fully working again. Excellent service and would throughly recommend Master Clip.”

We sell hundreds of dog clippers every year and have not experienced the cable fail so I am at a bit of a loss to explain why it has happened to you other than you maybe use the clippers more often than most. If we see a fault emerging we work hard to rectify it but in this instance we have not had any bad feedback re the cables. I am pleased to hear that the scissors and slicker brush work well on your rabbit but sorry that the clippers aren't suitable. They do cut a lot of rabbit coats extremely well but unfortunately there are always some coats that just aren't suited to the clippers. We don't want to leave you with a clipper that isn't suitable so please do return the clipper and we will refund you for it. Kind regards Jo
