“Clippers work well, masterclip good company. However Royal mail delivered parcel to wrong address. Customer service at Masterclip offered to send replacement without waiting for Royal mail to investigate.”

“Great company to deal with . I ordered a part from them for my horse clippers which when fitted failed to repair them so I called them up to make enquiries as to what could be wrong . The lady I spoke to was very helpful and She told me how my husband had fitted the replacement part incorrectly and very kindly posted me a replacement part which we had broken out for free which they really didn’t need to do . I was impressed that the phone was answered quickly and the person I spoke to knew how to give technical advice which is very rare these days when you usually get call centres and passed around the houses ! I would now always buy these clippers as the aftercare is good and beyond fair”

“I originally ordered the wrong part and emailed explaining what I had done and asked which part I should have ordered. Very quickly I received an email with the correct part I should have ordered and a link along with an explanation of how to return the wrong part. Refund received within 24hrs. Very happy with the service I received”
