“I would first like to start by saying I received my MiHenna in the mail within 5-6 business days! That’s a feat given the circumstances of covid-19. The ordering process was super quick and easy as well. The packing is super cute and hassle free. I watched a video before ordering so i didn’t need the directions, but I love that they are in there with an easy step-by-step explanation. Super easy to use, no burning or bad reaction. I let the product dry overnight and removed the next morning. The color was a little more red than I had hoped but i believe it darkens over time. Overall, very happy with this product and will be ordering again in the future.”

About the cone: At first, I was having trouble getting the paste out but I placed a napkin on the counter and squeezed out with a bit more pressure since it seems to have been stuck inside the cone.
I actually tried rolling the cone in between my hands and squishing it gently to soften the paste.
Application: I didn't need that much henna. Left it on for two hours and got some nice freckles! I'd recommend changing how much pressure you put on your face when applying the henna in order to get different-sized freckles to make it look more natural! Looks very dark while on, but that nice faded orangey-brown that freckles naturally appear to be! :)
Post application: Ironically, after I was done putting the paste on, I couldn't get it stop coming out! It was a small amount at a time and I realized all I needed to do was quickly wipe the tip and push the needle back in. I then placed it back in the plastic baggie it came in, and left it in my freezer!

“Update: Great customer service, not a great product. This did not work for me but the company was understanding in my concerns and gave me a refund for the product so I am happy to refer this to others in hopes that it works for them.
I spent $20 on this product and it doesn't work AT ALL. I used it twice and it didn't show up either time. I waited 2 hours the first time and nothing. I waited 4 hours the second time and still, nothing.”

“I saw the henna freckles trend and thought i would find a product to do it myself. I saw good reviews and it was at a nice price range. I was so excited and did everything the instructions said waited 2 hours like it said to and once they came off there was nothing. No freckles. Funny because i tested it before on my hand and took it off after 10 minutes and it showed up, so i don’t understand how when i put the product on my face, it did not show up at all. I had no makeup on at all, and washed my face and let it dry. Did i miss a step or do something wrong?”

If you are my shade or darker, it will not be dark on you. I've been inside so I'm kind of light so it doesn't look too bad but I definitely wouldn't be able to put faux freckles on in the summer. Luckily, those come more naturally though.
ETA: The company paid attention to my review and sent me a replacement with darker henna without me asking. This henna actually looks like my real freckles!!! If you have naturally tan to darker skin, I recommend you messaging the company first and letting them know of this so you can get one that will suit you the best.”
