“Booked in a technician two weeks ago to repair a dishwasher, selected a date, heard nothing, then on the day received a txt from a service company asking for payment and then they would book a technician in, so what was the point of booking online? Appalling service, do not buy Miele, stick to Dyson.”
“Miele's service is absolutely appalling I originally purchased 11 Miele products and already I have had two of these appliances break down shortly after the warranty expired. The second time a build in Freezer it took then two weeks to get an engineer out nearly £300 up front to be told the Freezer is unrepairable and I would have to buy a new one disgracefully. I will need recommend Miele appliances”

I had a Siemens oven before and i think the build quality was better. What is most disappointing about the oven is that is smokes alot. In fact I have never seen an oven smoke anywhere near as much.
Miele customer service have been dismissive of the issue and have said they could arrange a call out in a week. Not really what you would expect from such a premium brand.”
