“Outside of high volume times, their turn around with orders is very quick. Unfortunately, most times I've bought an RPG book from them, it has come dinged in shipment. It's never bothered me enough to try to return, but it certainly makes me hesitant to order more expensive books from them. The main downside to the site is that I can't use them to play games at. I still support my FLGS as much as possible, but sometimes it is very hard to pass on the incredible deals that pop up.”

“Great store and fast shipping, fair prices on games and offer a large variety of products. The package arrived quickly and the game packaging was in great shape. The only critique is the mobile website seems more clustered and difficult to review or search for games when unsure of what to purchase. The desktop web browser version is great, but the categories on the mobile site seemed to be more bundled together and harder to circumnavigate when looking for a 2+ person strategy game.”
