“Transparency was a bit of an issue. I ordered a preorder item on 22nd Feb with manufacturer release on 25th Feb. I waited until 5th March to contact miniature market. They responded on 6th of March which is an acceptable 24hrs but rep told me item would be releasing March 2025...this is where I have issue. 1 - our email exchange was in March and it was kind of a bs answer. 2 - The item was in stock at manufacturer, multiple online retailers and Amazon with 2 day shipping so the excuse is doubly nefarious. 3 and finally the items shipped 7th of March, which makes you believe my email prompted this cs rep to get the warehouse to release the inventory...meaning bad inventory practices and trying to save review scores. As far as the items...they are Games Workshop items and new kits so the quality is actually really great but that's reflective of manufacturer. The packing was actually really good...miniature market oversized box and wrapped the 2 kits very well in bubble wrap. Finally, the discount over msrp was nice, saved about 10 off other retailers and even more off manufacturer direct. This does forgive most ire, they just need to be more honest and forthright”
