“Before the pandemic, I had been a regular board gamer, going to local meet ups and hosting parties. The pandemic hit me hard and killed the hobby for me for a variety of reasons. “Never got a notification my order was ready to pick up at their location, when I picked up my order, it was boxed up, got home and I was missing 1 of 2 packs ordered. Have contacted customer service twice and never got a reply. I have spent a lot of money with them but I think that will be my last order with them.”
