“For the third time, Miniature Market failed to come through with a limited or exclusive model that I ordered. They failed to send me a Christmas box two years ago, saying they didn't get their allotment, they failed to send a popular sale item last year, their system inventory was off and this time they said the shipment was lost. I have learned that for limited or exclusive merchandise MM is not the place to rely on.”

Greetings! I apologize for the inconvenience this order has caused. Looking at your order, it actually looks like it was delivered on 12/23. USPS occasionally does not update the tracking information until the final distribution facility has received your package for final delivery, which seems to be the case in this instance. I apologize again for the delay the carrier had with this order. Happy Holidays!
