“If competitors are shipping via 'Fedex' 2-day at a minimum of $75, I wish MM would get on that bandwagon now. The ONLY thing I miss from MM is the price match benefit. That helped grow my collection and I always ALWAYS ordered from MM. But since they took that out, I shop around. And depending on offers (coupons, sales, etc) I give either MM the purchase or competitors. It used to be that MM was my go-to-place. Also, MM customer service needs to improve.”
