“Initially sent the wrong item. Contacted customer service and they were quick to provide me with a shipping label to send back the wrong item and they immediately re-shipped the 2024 Player's Handbook that I was supposed to receive. As always, great customer service!!”

“Since the last change of ownership, they have shipped faster than any other OGS, have great customer service, and have much more communication with more newsletters and sales.
