“Have now put Clear-Coat on both of our iPhone 7 products and the Bumper on one of them, both phones are protected well. The product goes on easier the other product we have tried and it stays in place better as well. Fewer bubbles that are easier to remove in the install process. The Clear-Coat Fusion Screen Protector can be removed and repositioned if necessary and it sticks just as well as the first install. Great products providing great protection, while allowing you to enjoy as much of your original phone design as possible.”

“I've never seen a screen protector like this. Very floppy and stretchy making it very difficult to apply it uniformly. The spray they have you spray on the cover creates a nice foam with tiny pockets of foam that flatten out and are nearly impossible to squeegy out before it starts setting up. I spent 30 minutes trying to squeegy out the air bubbles before I gave up. I was spraying the solution on the squeegy as instructed, but I was applying so much force at the end to try and get the air bubbles out that it actually marred the surface, since the protector stretches slightly as you are squeegying it. Also the fluid gets into microphone holes very easily, and the instructions that say to dab it with a q-tip are nonsense. Capilary action sucks the fluid into the device instantly.”

“The staff over at the shop in Kuala Lumpur was very helpful, and assisted me in reinstalling my clear coat when it peeled up one day after the install. I buy most of my coats from the online store though. Fast shipping and very helpful after sales support too”

“Mixed feelings. Visited the store and purchased the Matte cover. I was told about the benefits of Matte (better at repelling fingerprints and easier to see the screen in direct sunlight) but not about any drawback. The matte film also costs £5 more than the clear film to purchase. I actually had to visit the store again the following day as the matte film makes the display look almost 'fuzzy' (not just darker, that I would have been ok with). To the store's credit they replaced the cover with a clear one immediately but I was still £5 out of pocket. I did point out that even the website shows the matte film as haing "HD Clarity" but was told this was a mistake (that really doesn't help the customer! Hope they can change that). I was also told on purchase that the screen would be replaced for free in the first 2 weeks following purchase for whatever reason. After 2 weeks I visited again as the screen had already picked up a lot of scratches but was told that this was not covered and that I would have to be careful when having the phone in my pocket... Contacted head office to share my experience but have not heard anything back so I guess they're not interested. After a month of use, the film is scratched/stretched in places, but still usable and will last me a little longer. So product is ok but things could be better.”

“My wife purchased a screen protector & a decorative rear cover for her iphone 7 from mobile outfitters White Rose shopping center Leeds. The guy who served her was named Joseph and was of foreign extraction, early twenties, thin build and mousey brown hair. He was all over her like a rash when she was laying out £50 for these items. The day after the decorative backing was already peeling off. We went back the next day and sure enough they replaced the backing. My wife was also told that if the protective front cover needed replacing the cost would be £12. A few days later my wife flew out of the UK to visit her family, whilst out there once again the backing started to peel off, then a few days more the protective front cover took on an orange peel effect, this made the digits on her phone unreadable. Our daughter suffers from a rare medical condition, so my wife needed to phone her on a daily basis to make sure she was OK. The protective screen cover had to be removed to enable my wife to see the digits on her phone allowing her to phone our daughter. Upon her return to the UK we once again returned to the White Rose shopping center Leeds and complained. Now the all over my wife like a rash took a different stance, first of all saying that because my wife no longer had the defective screen cover the charge would be £28. He was rude bordering on abusive towards my wife and they point blank refused to try to resolve the matter.They even phoned the stand owner, who would not permit an FOC replacement. I contacted their HQ in the USA and got in touch with a lady called Janice. The punch line to this is that today we received a new screen protector and Two decorative backings for my wife's phone. The outlet at the White Rose were asked if they would now do the required work if we supplied the protector and backing.NO was the response.I will do this work myself. I do find it rather a coincidence that someone called Joseph Balfego has put a 5* review on their site, don't you think that's a little strange ??? DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET.”

“Went to White rose to have my Samsung galaxy s8 Plus protected since I have tried the glass ones and the just lower the colour and make the touch screen less sensitive apart from falling off... Did it in the original coating £50 screen back and sides not cheep but then again the s8 is not a cheep phone . Looks really good pleased whit the product and the staff the man and woman that attended me were really professional but friendly and helpful.”

“Service was great, Product is great too. I have dropped my phone lots of times onto tar and slabs and its saved my phone from damage. I've had to send my phone away for repair so had to remove the front and back covers and I can see no discolouration and that's after having it on my phone for a year.”

“They charged me £45. Jan 11th 2017 . I was assured l could change full body protection at any time , any amount of times , any col . Also renew screen scratch protection any time . Life long cover . For £7 each time .Just been this evening , 26th May 2017 They say now l can only have same col and style replaced . Assistant Nada who told me this must have given me wrong in Jan . It is a con ??? I only paid all that money , as l thought l could have a different casing each time . Con , con ,con .”

“Hi This is the 3rd Time that I have had t have my Fusion Clear Coat Screen and Bumper replaced. It keeps discolouring quite badly and as I have a white phone looks dreadful. And this was not cheep do do £65. The first time it happened was after a couple of weeks so paid £7.50 to have it re done them again that item the lad on the counter said that it had been wrongly installed it has now happened again so it cannot be just the way it is applied as 3 different people have not done it. Very Poor quality I would not recommend until they solve this issue. I have spoken to their CEO about this issue he suggested that I upgrade to another one so that it coves to the edges but would cost me another £50 on top of the amount that I have paid out for the original product + the extra costs to have other replacement ones put on. Sad as it is a good product otherwise Carole Durham”
