“Paid for 360 degree protection for my iPhone XR, only for the screen to end up with several cracks once it had fallen off my bed. I’m hoping the company can deal with this in the correct manner as i feel I would have been better buying a cheap case off eBay if this was the case.”

“My clear protection was fitted at the store in the metrocentre Within two weeks the back cover started to peal off and a further two weeks later the whole back protection had pealed off. Bubbles on the front screen started to appear due to phone being in and out of pocket. The back cover was just binned as it was no use I then returned to the metrocentre with my receipt and to pay the £12 for a replacement but was told because I dont have the back protection he wouldnt replace the full protection. Sent a email 4 weks ago to customer services and still waiting After a discussion with customer services it was agreed that the protection should not of pealed off and they sent out a good will gesture for my troubles Which I think is only fare as the original cost £45 pound So hopefully it will only cost me a further £12 to get the new cover placed on phone So £57 in total for 6 months of protection Happy with the replacement tho [ Smilie face]”

“I purchased a clear coat in Boxing Day and within a week it became discoloured and was coming off from the edges so I contacted them via email and they gave me a free warranty as a “gesture of goodwill”, so I travelled again, which is very far for me to replace it again. The same issue happened and it’s now been a week. I’ve been emailing customer services and they are trying to blame for me “for the way I use my phone”, I’ve never even experienced this issue with a cheap one. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times because £55 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t work, but they are still insisting it’s my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted in their customer service and quite offended really. I won’t stop complaining until I get my refund but don’t fall for this scam!”

“after receiving a "goodwill gesture" for a replacement clear coat and under direction from Trading Standards and Citizens advice I've taken them up and let them replace the clear coat cover. this was done just over a week ago but surprise surprise the clear coat is bubbling and coming away at the corners again. after striking up a conversation with the guy who was replacing the clear coat, he tells me even though its supposed to be BOMB PROOF Mobile outfitters expect the cover only to last a maximum of 2 months Please read all the reviews as i think there's a trend here The clear coat is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE”

“I have received and put on the full body protection kit for my Mac book Air right away. The product went on very easily and gives the protection it needs without being able to notice it right away. I can tell from touching the computer once it was applied that it'll protect from dirty and scratches. It arrived extremely quick and very well packaged, I would highly recommend.”

“Don’t order from this place. Bought a fusion one for the front and a clear for back. Front one scratched in days and the back is all over the place. And it’s non refundable so I can’t even get my money back. After emailing them for 2 weeks, they ignored for a whole week. Go with a glass screen protector instead. The uk ones aren’t giving me a refund either.”

“I received the XS fusion bumper and fusion screens. I love the way the bumper keeps the phone safe and secure, but at the same time does not make it bulky. It allows it easy access to all the phones functions. The front and back screen protector allows prevention of scratches and screen breaking so far. I truly love these products.”

“Rubbish. Had my phone covered in Lakeside. Collected to find the covers poorly fitted and bubbling. Utter rubbish. The screen now feels sticky and the side of the phone (which is BRAND NEW) has been scratched. Avoid this company and get a glass screen fitted.”

“Had a clear coat put onto my iPhone X from new - initially was very impressed with the result but the skin only last around 4 months before peeling off. I'm now on my 3rd re-wrap. Although they are 'guaranteed for life', there is a charge for re-applying the clear coat - so now I've shelled out almost £100 to keep my phone scratch free, won't be falling for this again!”

“Absolutely ridiculous It’s expensive to start off with but I didn’t mind paying but then the glue starting coming off so the skin slipped off had to pay extra to get it sorted then accidentally dropped my phone inside my car not a very far drop and it’s ripped through the skin and damaged my phone I got in touch with the fitters and their response was there’s nothing we can do MY ADVISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT Just buy a cover or buy the skin and do it yourself I am so disappointed And no they do not sort it out for you Even though they say they will”
