“Had my phone done this morning and peeling already within space of a couple of hours. Read bad reviews before I went and just thought it was a few fussy people. Wish I had listened because for the cost of £50 this product is absaloute dog s**t.”

“I just waste 45 pounds today I think. I was in Bullring Birmingham, there was a girl that she put the Clear Coat on my Samsung S8, she said it takes 30 min, I came after 30 min and she still working on my phone, I was waiting another 20 or 30 min and finally she said my phone is done. Well when I saw the phone a few bubbles, one at the back and a small one at the front, on the top edge where is the sim card slot it peeled off, I am not happy at all with the service, they are not professional, I don't know if I will go back if they refund me cause I don't want to keep this material on my phone, it start to peel off already and I just did this today...Waste of money... I am really feel bad and I will contact Trading Standards for false advertising...”

“Spent £70 on this. Doesn't even cover to the edge of the screen. Told by the stall it would make my phone 500 x stronger. Dropped phone and hey prest a smashed screen. Unsurprisingly on the bit they didn't cover properly. Have tried emailing and no response so will be going back to stall of Saturday and not leaving until I have a full refund and will tell every customer coming to the stall not to waste their money. Brand new phone that I didn't even get out of the box until I got to the stall now runined”

“Hello there! You helped me so much in my quest for a good cover solution for my phone, rendering this at the same time beauty and sturdy. Because of my job and experiences I had to put a cover on your great clear coat which honestly is the best solution available to live a "naked" premium phone nowdays. But the most incredible thing to me has been the service... I have been supported in the decision of the frontal protector framed to be case-friendly (you even print/cut this version instead of the full ordinary one!) and the lady who applied that (she did it perfectly freeing me from such a technical burden) was so skilled and polite I'd define her talented!! Furthermore, she introduced me to the lifetime guarantee service that allows me to replace with a little symbolic cost the entire clear-coat in case of need. I have no words to describe how good my experience with you have been, so I'd stick with sharing as much as I can, on forums and among friends your name and quality brand.”

“My first order after reading so many good reviews abt them. Excited to use their service but my order never arrived. Apparently USPS lost it. So after waiting patiently for it for abt a month, I write to customer care. Janice, my customer care rep, was super nice and helpful. Placed a new order for me immediately and on my request shipped it through fedex without charging a single penny. As I received my courier today, I am elated to try out how it works, but this review is for the super aweesome Customer Service. Three Cheers for their support. Will be back with another review this time with how the product worked.”

“If you are looking for a case to protect your screen getting smashed, this product is not for you. Go buy a giant case and protect your phone from Amazon, but you will be increasing the bulk of your phone as a result. I like to have the original form factor of my phone and for a device that costs £800 plus this is a great option. I have dropped mine and it survived from about 1 to 2 metres up. Smartphones dont do well when dropped on hard surfaces. The staff in Lakeside (where I went first) and now Bluewater (where I go all the time) provide great customer service. In short I recommend this product!”

“Total waste of money as useless customer service. Bought this product to protect my iPhone I dropped it from no more than 12 inches as it fell out my pocket while attending a car tyre screen broke. Took it back to Metro centre where I purchased it from and staff we laughing. Disgusting”

“Worst product ever! At the stall and on the website you see a video showing a phone being dropped on the floor and it's fine. That's not true. I dropped my phone and the screen is smashed.if you want a screen protector buy one from your local phone shop and save £40. Have been told by the director Ram Datt I have to pay for my own screen Even though they show phones being dropped. Have reported to trading standards for false advertising .”
