“Screen protector come out and if you don't return to them the same day it starts to peel apparently the warranty is void. Wanted $40 to replace.”

“Around a month ago my girlfriend and I put matte covers from your branch in Virgin ABC Achrafieh in Lebanon. Yazan (the salesman) explained to us about the brand, its benefits and all the good stuff about the brand. Also he told us that the protection is 100% and made it sure that no scratches and it'll only peel by man-made force. We decided to go ahead and put them. However, after 2 weeks, on a Saturday, my phone fell from about 50cms on its screen. Both the screen and the cover didn't crack and the phone's screen stopped working. Then after 3 days, her phone fell from the same distance on it's front side, and both the screen and the cover suffered from severe crack, damaging the screen. Moreover later on the protection started to peel on the sides by itself. Super disappointed from this deceiving experience especially since that guy made sure that it's a strong cover and crack proof and sold us the brand. We changed a phone and going to change a screen because of the marketing campaign that you're doing. Your covers don't offer any extra protection than the covers we buy from any local store or even aliexpress. Even their covers do better protection than this. The above was sent to the local franchise owner, yet we faced a horrible and the worst customer service! How do you make it the customer's fault when the sales assured it's a 100% protection? How is it our fault when you say only human force will make it peel while it peels on its own. What a shame! Thanks for the wasted money on the covers and on the phones. More importantly thank you for the lovely experience!”

“Paid $96 for a full protection of my iPhone XS, while cleaning the screen with a MICROFIBER towel, i applied a bit of pressure and the screen started scratching. It seems like the clear coat is easily removable..”

“My clear protection was fitted at the store in the metrocentre Within two weeks the back cover started to peal off and a further two weeks later the whole back protection had pealed off. Bubbles on the front screen started to appear due to phone being in and out of pocket. The back cover was just binned as it was no use I then returned to the metrocentre with my receipt and to pay the £12 for a replacement but was told because I dont have the back protection he wouldnt replace the full protection. Sent a email 4 weks ago to customer services and still waiting After a discussion with customer services it was agreed that the protection should not of pealed off and they sent out a good will gesture for my troubles Which I think is only fare as the original cost £45 pound So hopefully it will only cost me a further £12 to get the new cover placed on phone So £57 in total for 6 months of protection Happy with the replacement tho [ Smilie face]”

“I purchased a clear coat in Boxing Day and within a week it became discoloured and was coming off from the edges so I contacted them via email and they gave me a free warranty as a “gesture of goodwill”, so I travelled again, which is very far for me to replace it again. The same issue happened and it’s now been a week. I’ve been emailing customer services and they are trying to blame for me “for the way I use my phone”, I’ve never even experienced this issue with a cheap one. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times because £55 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t work, but they are still insisting it’s my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted in their customer service and quite offended really. I won’t stop complaining until I get my refund but don’t fall for this scam!”
