I switched several months ago from a unit that only worked in the home. Since I have very poor balance, Mobile Help provides safety in my home and anywhere outside the home. The unit is also safe to wear in the shower and not stuck on the wall. The unit is somewhat large, but you get used to it. Customer Service was very helpful.

I had only had my MobileHelp about a week when I fell and broke my arm. Someone was there for me immediately and they had an ambulance to me within 10 minutes. Saved me much suffering!!!!

My experience with MobileHelp from my initial phone call to the present time has been exceptional. The registration process was explained and easy to complete. I have called with questions and always received a pleasant voice to help me. I would highly recommend MobileHelp. Bottom Line - I feel secure having same!

My first experience on the phone when I called to get information was very helpful. The first thing I was asked was, "Do you have a pacemaker?". I do have a pacemaker and I felt very secure in the fact that it was the first thing considered in helping me get the correct medical help equipment. I have been using it for about a month now and am very happy with it. Whenever I call to ask questions or to check that everything is working properly, everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

They have been very responsive and helpful, just wish the battery was longer lasting. Having to charge every few days.

I helped my mom order one and decided to order one for myself since we are both widows. We both have accidentally set it off and the response time is EXCELLENT!!! It has proven to make us both feel safer about being alone at times. My mom is 86 and I am 66 and that is a real comfort knowing in case of emergency help is on the way.

Absolutely love MobilHelp! Biggest bang for your money without breaking the bank. Bought for my mother with Alzheimer's. Their service is dependable and gives me peace of mind.

Wonderful gives me peace of mind I can leave hubby while running an errand he falls a lot knowing help is on the way.They notefi me right away The people are very nice and patience with you if you accidently hit the button.Works like a charm You will be very happy with MobileHelp worth every penny

The entire process took about 15 minutes. Mobile help had received rave reviews. The equipment arrived within two days and it was a simple matter to hook everything up and to do a test run as well. And essential piece of equipment if you live alone or are growing old.

I've had the wireless setup just a short time and feel secure with it as long as I'm in my house or close by outside. My previous setup was great, but because of large trees around my house, I couldn't always get reception when needed so changed to wireless. It worked everywhere except in my house and yard.

Very happy with a device I can hear and can hear me. Although the pendant is larger than a previous one I had, it isn't heavy. So glad I made the change.

It seems it goes off with the slightest of touch but when my mom has fallen it doesn't go off and detect the fall.

I have been told that the device need to be charge every 4 days but that is not true It need to be charge every 24 hours and some times shorter time to hold the charge

Very unhappy with charge times. Sometimes 7 hours Sometimes 11. Today had to be on charger over 8 hrs before it showed charge.

Customer service was good but the one I talked to when ordering kept telling me it would work in my area without cell phone service. When I contacted them when I got the product inform me it wouldn't work. They did give me a full refund but I had to pay for the postage.
