I feel safe with mobile help. However I have some concerns and suggestions. I am disappointed that the battery lasts only two days, rather than the four days promised. Also: I wish it was in white rather than black, or that it could be put on a waterproof chain rather than the cord. Also, if the device could be smaller and less “bulky” that would be great. It is very noticeable under summer tops, a disadvantage for women. Thank you

I have not needed to use it yet, but have nor re ieved the information that needs to go on my refrigerator. So far things are good.

MOBILEHELP IS GREAT. I HIT THE BUTTON BY MISTAKE AND RECEIVED A RESPONCE IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE I WAS ALRIGHT. THEY HUNG IN THERE UNTIL I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT ANSWER THAT I WAS OK. GREAT STAFF. GLAD I HAVE MOBILEHELP. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Mom wears her necklace daily, she hasn't needed or used it. But, knowing she has it, is comforting.

My wife and I recently was nearly fatal semi with our vehicle accident. My device indicated something was wrong... within 7 min we had emergency vehicles on the scene. Unbelievable product... recommend everyone should own MOBILE HELP. Mike Anderson

Although my Mom has only had MobileHelp for approximately a month, she mistakenly hit the button on her necklace and someone asked if she was ok immediately! I feel so much more secure knowing that help would be called.

Great customer service, easy to set up. Best feature for us was the fall protection. My friend fell, she was all alone and her fall was detected, when she didn't respond medics arrived. They had the code to the lock box, which was supplied by MobileHelp, so were able to enter her residence. A life saver.

I FEEL THE NECKLACE THAT YOU WEAR AROUND YOUR NECK IS A LITTLE HEAVY. WISH THE DEVICE COULD BE A LITTLE SMALLER. I FEEL A LOT SAFE LIVING ALONE KNOWING THAT I HAVE SOMEONE ON THE OTHER END. THANK YOU MOBILEHELP.

I ordered Mobile Help for an elderly neighbor who is housebound. Less than a week after it was installed, I received a call from Mobile Help saying my friend had pushed the button but was not responding. I ran to her place and sure enough she was on the floor, unable to get up. Within minutes the ambulance was their to administer aid. I have much more peace of mind after seeing exactly how Mobile Help works.

I was pleased with MobileHelp's response and direct answers to my questions when I was checking out medical alerts. Unlike the service recommended by my medical insurance company, the contact was helpful in giving me all the info I needed, the system arrived as promised, and the set-up was easy. It has worked fine, tho I'm not keen on the bright light when recharging. I just re-direct it to another section of the bedroom to keep a dark room.

I was pleased with the knowledge of the REPTS AND extremely pleased with the cost. However, when it came to taking money out of a credit card I have, without the O.K. from me was another matter. this created another circumstance. That was the reason I canceled my order.

EXTREMELY disappointing. Thank God I haven't had to use this thing in an actual emergency! Today the device began flashing for no reason. When I performed a test the test "Failed" and I was told to contact the Call Center. Of course the "Complete User Guide" doesn't include any important phone numbers but only tells you to "refer to the website listed on the contact information card". So, aside from the "Complete User Guide" how many friggin' pieces of paper do I need to keep? Very disappointing, very not user friendly.

Within a month of having gotten the system for my mom, she felt in her living room. Within minutes the paramedics were at her door, were able to come in and take her to the hospital. This could have easily been a tragedy! But thanks to MobileHelp it was avoided!!!
