I think it's good for people who are disable. I myself a little more active. I wish you had different levels of sensitive movements. I work and move around a lot. I just need it for protection I work at night.

I have two experiences dealing with Alerts set off by my mother's bracelet. In one instance, I was able to take the call and the process worked as described. On the second occasion, they left a voice mail. In attempting to return the call, I was routed through the phone system maze, never able to reach anyone. I made a call to my mother and found out that she had set the bracelet off by mistake. I am certainly glad this was not an actually emergency. Using automated phone answering services for an emergency center is very troubling.

I have not needed to use it yet, but have nor re ieved the information that needs to go on my refrigerator. So far things are good.

Advertised that the battery would stay charged for 4 days after a full charge is not true; more like 11/2 to 2 days.

THIS IS THE REQUEST FROM MOBILE HELP: If there is any reason you wouldn’t rate MobileHelp as a 5 out of 5 please contact our Customer Service department so we can address your concerns before your review. (DOESN'T THAT SAY IT ALL?? READ THE REVIEWS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT) I CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND FINALLY AT TO AN INDIAN AGENT "CUSTOMER RETENTION" WHO WAS THE WORSE! I WAS OVER CHARGED BY 15-20% COMPARED TO WHAT WAS QUOTED TO ME, BUT HE SAID THE FIRST AGENT MADE A ERROR IN HIS CONVERSATION WITH ME (THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS THEIR ERROR), BUT HE SAID THEY MOBILE HELP NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY TOO AND GAVE A 'TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT ATTITUDE". IT LEAVE ME FEELING THEY RUN different 1-YR PROMOTIONS VERY FREQUENTLY JUST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SENIOR AND VULNERABLE. HAD I NOT PULL MY CALCULATOR OUT, I WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE WHAT THEY DID! THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY JUST GAVE ME A MO FREE AT THE END OF 1 YEAR---THAT MEANS I'M COMMITTED TO >1YR IF I WANT THE LOWER RATE THAT THEY INITIALLY QUOTED. OTHERWISE, I'M PRORATED AT THE HIGHER RATE!!!! BEWARE!!

Claim the alarm would last up to four days before needing charging. The first alarm lasted 2 days. I returned it, and the second alarm also lasted 2 days. I like the system, so now we must charge it every night to be safe. Carl Sommer

I feel safer wearing my Micro however, its fall detector is not consistent. Sometimes it goes off with the slightest movement then testing in a real fall, it does not go off. The other day the green circle was flashing while shopping. When I got home it was still flashing. I called Technical Support but was put on hold for a very long time. Apparently a lot of people were calling. Finally it stopped flashing and I hung up because I know what I would have been told--AT&T was down, because that is what I was told before when I called. It is better than having nothing at all for protection.

Not happy with the change due to the G3 stoppage. I was provided with an inferior product at the same monthly cost. A great company would have given the product to you free because you had to pay so much for the initial product.

Was not informed the device doesn't work in a manufactured home. Consequently returned product. It would have saved alot of time on both sides if I was informed on my initial phone call.

It is a problem that the unit only holds a charge for an hour. I am not sure if this is an issue with the unit that I have, or if all the mobile help units only retain charge for an hour. Honestly, this is not much help as my daughter has to constantly return it to the charging stand to use it.

have great service but the necklass we have sent back twice because does not hold a charge we're on our third one & we charge everyday to keep it from going off in the middle of the night. service good product not so good.
