After just a few weeks the fun is not working and is being replaced. I am with out protection till the replacement comes tomorrow. You people were helpful but that doesn't help me being protected.

'the necklace unit is fairly bulky. I rarely wear it because it is easily discharged. It called the alert when I rolled over in bed twice, once in the shower and again when I put it down carefully. That is very annoying but certainly sensitive. I will probably return even though I have paid for 6 months.

I am not happy with the people who answered the phone. I person said that I would have the label for the package today and I called again today and they said it would take 24-48 hours to get the label.

I am not very happy with your device. Cons: 1. Short battery life. 2. Fall detection falsies constantly and the one time I did fall, and fell hard, it did not work. 3. Device is not comfortable to wear (heavy). Pro: I like the phone app

It seems it goes off with the slightest of touch but when my mom has fallen it doesn't go off and detect the fall.

I asked as power of attorney not to have anyone else notified except my Husband and I . They told me they took care of it. They did not, other person is still getting notified. Not happy

My mother did not make it home as planned from nursing home. I called within 30 days,they offered another 60 days. Dont accept extension, its there way to keep your money. Paid 6 months in advance, never opened product and returned in perfect condition. As a senior myself, i will not trust this company again. And will warn my friends as well.

This does not meet the needs of someone with dementia that cannot remember to leave the device on their person. With that in mind how can it be expected to provide any sort of “net” for those patients (people) living at home with dementia but capable to an extent otherwise. I figured I would give this a try with the sales pitch” we see this all the time”…No you don’t see this all the time because it would not fit the needs of the person purchasing the product. Doesn’t do much good when the necklace is in my sister’s handbag when removed by my dad.. Short of implanting a device, I cannot see how this would work with those people that are forgetful from moment to moment as such.

I am NOT a member of MobileHelp. I liked everything about it except that I had 2 units and neither would hold a charge for more than 48 hrs. Too much of a hassle having to charge so often. I am now eith Life Alert and I don't like the fact that you have to carry a small black box with you every time you leave the house. The yearly price is overy twice as much as MH also. AND there's a $197 hook up fee. I think its a rip off, but I do know it is good.

When I talked to the customer service person I told him I was only interested in the Panic Button device to wear when I hike. I did however also receive a Fall Alert which I did not request. So I returned the whole package.

I am highly disappointed in thar you have to be in range of an at&t tower for this device to be functional. I frequently am in an area that has very weak signal if any. I wish this information had been clear to me. If it had I never would have embarked in this program

When I ordered this unit, I was ordering it for my Mother-in-law. We paid for the unit using a funds transfer from her checking account. I was told by the salesperson on the phone that the unit would arrive overnight once the transfer was completed. I drove from Indian to New York so I would be there to set the unit up. The fund showed withdrawn on Monday morning. On Wednesday I called Mobilehelp Customer Service to find out the status of my order and was informed that their company policy was the ship unit when the payments are made via funds transfer, the is a 10-day hold on shipments when this method of payment was used. It would have been nice to have been told that at the time of my order so my trip to New York was for not. I ended up paying someone in the area to set the unit up since I had to return to Indiana for work the following week. Also during the time, we were waiting for the unit to arrive, My mother-in-law received a call from customer service asking why her unit had not been activated and tghat she had received the unit. when she explained she had not received the unit, the person stated she had, getting my mother-in-law quite upset.

Satisfied with everybody that I spoke to within your organization everyone was pleasant and helpful and they had absolutely no difficulty when I came to canceling my subscription with you people this is just not the product for me it is no reflection on you it is simply not the product for me so therefore I am canceling and returning your equipment however I will reiterate that everybody I dealt with was the most professional thank you very much

I am a very concerned customer with MobileHelp. I have had numerous problems with this company so far. I have tried to resolve with your customer service and I am currently waiting on a call from a supervisor. I have been waiting since Saturday. Also, the problem I am having is still a problem and I can't get resolved and this has been since Thursday, November 4. This product is represented online as the #1 recommended service for medical alert. That was not our experience. Our son is 27 years old, has epilepsy, and lives in New York City. He is very tech savvy, but this was very cumbersome equipment with way too many parts. He has worn a GPS-activated medical alert button for six years with zero trouble until that company was sold. He used MobileHelp for just under one month but it was too much even for him. At the same time, our elderly neighbor also signed up for MobileHelp and was completely overwhelmed. At the time we signed up, the Micro "would not be an all-in-one device for several more weeks." When we cancelled our son'd device, suddenly the Micro was available if we wanted to try that. It seemed like we were being duped into something. I can't explain it, but we got a bad feeling. Our son's safety and his comfort in using such a service is priority one. We were really not happy with MobileHelp. That being said, we worked with a representative named Joe and he could not have been more attentive and helpful. Kudos to him for representing your company well. I'm sorry this didn't work out. Our son is now using a medical alert app for his Apple watch, which is much more fitting to his way of life.
