“Several reasons for why I am only giving 3 stars in my review: 1) when I had a problem with my initial order, it took hours to go through the computerised system until I could finally speak to a human being to sort the problem out. 2) the second human being I spoke to said they would call back at a given time and did not call back until nearly two hours later than specified. 3) the human beings were kind and friendly and their spoken English was good enough to be well understood. 4) delivery was on time and the driver was efficient and friendly. 5) I can’t review the phone service yet as I have not had the phone and service long enough to comment upon.”

“I recently ordered my new phone and contract through mobiles.co UK and honestly it was the best decision. Everything went smoothly and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The mobile itself arrived in record time. I literally ordered it at around 6pn and it was in my hand by about 4pm the next day. All the admin surrounding the transaction was seamless too. Really good service and would definitely recommend.”
