Never been able to connect to to the network but reseived a bill for £2.03 for a service I don't have got in touch with the company don't worry we will change it to pay as you go I am still waiting to get on line about 10 days now

It's far too early for you to be asking for a review. I haven't even be connected yet, so you are only getting one star becasue you are hassling me for information before I've even made a call. Ask me again in 3 months. I know it's all the rage to use your customers as advertising in these kinds of reviews, but it's best to wait until they've actually received a service.

An upgrade cut off my current SIM card within a couple of hours and I now have to wait '3-5 working days' before a new one arrives and I can use my phone again. No one at the company is able to help.

Order new phone and contract SIM card not activated what is use of you sending phone and SIM when SIM is not ready to use will have to wait 72 hours for SIM activation if I knew this would have gone to Vodafone direct.

I’ve had my SIM in for 40 hours and I still cannot make or receive calls or texts, I still have no 3G, 4Gor 5G when I leave home. I’ve reset it, I’ve given my PAC number…nothing

Since I transfered my number to ID mobile I still cannot make or receive calls with my number. I have been told my sim card is faulty and I need to get another simcard or sent one. Ridiculous...

I have bought sim card week ago and still didn't receive it. Now they offer new sim card to resend with no guarantee it will come in a week.

Phone came no SIM card arrived ,phoned mobile phones and they couldnt help told me to phone Vodaphone who hadn’t received an order now have no phone that works and have be on hold for an hour now .

The phone was broken and did not have an apple battery so didn’t work had to be returned to currys

I can't fault value for money, but when I can't use my phone because the 3 signal is so bad, it tenders the phone unusable. I was advised the signal here would be good in and outdoors. I've made a complaint but they have called me when they promised to.
