Not good at all. Have had major issues with contact clarification and still no resolution if I will be receiving my cashback. Would definitely avoid the low prices are not worth the hassle!

A great experience… definitely not! The package arrived without the mobile phone, only the mobile phone case I ordered at the same time was in the parcel, which actually arrived a day early, luckily we were in. When I called you mobiles.co.uk I was informed that I now have to wait whilst they do an investigation which will take 2 weeks in total.

I still do not have the tariff I purchased from mobiles.com I’ve made 2 phone calls and sent an email. I was informed it would be rectified by Tuesday 30th. This has not been done.

I was happy to shop with you until I realised that your cashback claim links took me through third parties and they had trapped me to enter their paid membership. Why my all personal details including bank account is transferred to a third party? Why can I not directly deal ONLY with you? I tried to cancel that membership, there were even further traps to keep it. At last the screen said it was cancelled and they will send me a confirmative e-mail, but they did not. I hope I am not scammed here. These kind of nonsense make people loose trust to such a big name like Curry's. Please do not get your customers to be involved in third parties like www.completesavings.co.uk. Be clear and neat, make no complicated maizes in online shopping.That would increase the trust to your brand.

Company don't answer the phone, there number is engaged all the time during the short business hours, they didn't transfer my number, despite having all my info,they didn't pass my information onto vodafone, they lied about the price and deal. I signed up to £8 per month for 24 months with 200gb of data and according to Vodafone my deal is nearly£20 per month. And mobiles.co.uk apparently doesn't exist it's earphone warehouse. Had I known that I would never of signed up.

The delivery driver refused to give the phone to my husband! I was at work and therefore not home to accept delivery. Absolutely rubbish service.

The aim has not turned up. I have tried contacting the company and got nowhere. Couldn't track the item . It's day 5 and still no SIM and they have already booked my aim swap in two working days

Appalling service - new connection not provided, live help permannently 'busy', contact numbers disable you within a brief period = no customer service or back up. Go elsewhere.

10 days still no sim card. My phone line transferred unfortunately I don't have a sim card to activate the line. Incompetent, never ever use this company.

Awful. Someone messed up my order! I asked for an upgrade which is a simple process and I didn’t have the time but instead someone did a sim swap so my phone went dead soon after placing the order and then I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. When I eventually got someone’s phone to ring Vodafone they said someone’s from car phone warehouse did a sim swap which meant I had to now go into store or wait for the delivery of the sim to arrive. Such a faff and nightmare when the upgrade should be the simplest process.
