The delivery driver refused to give the phone to my husband! I was at work and therefore not home to accept delivery. Absolutely rubbish service.

The aim has not turned up. I have tried contacting the company and got nowhere. Couldn't track the item . It's day 5 and still no SIM and they have already booked my aim swap in two working days

Appalling service - new connection not provided, live help permannently 'busy', contact numbers disable you within a brief period = no customer service or back up. Go elsewhere.

10 days still no sim card. My phone line transferred unfortunately I don't have a sim card to activate the line. Incompetent, never ever use this company.

Awful. Someone messed up my order! I asked for an upgrade which is a simple process and I didn’t have the time but instead someone did a sim swap so my phone went dead soon after placing the order and then I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. When I eventually got someone’s phone to ring Vodafone they said someone’s from car phone warehouse did a sim swap which meant I had to now go into store or wait for the delivery of the sim to arrive. Such a faff and nightmare when the upgrade should be the simplest process.

Never been able to connect to to the network but reseived a bill for £2.03 for a service I don't have got in touch with the company don't worry we will change it to pay as you go I am still waiting to get on line about 10 days now

It's far too early for you to be asking for a review. I haven't even be connected yet, so you are only getting one star becasue you are hassling me for information before I've even made a call. Ask me again in 3 months. I know it's all the rage to use your customers as advertising in these kinds of reviews, but it's best to wait until they've actually received a service.

An upgrade cut off my current SIM card within a couple of hours and I now have to wait '3-5 working days' before a new one arrives and I can use my phone again. No one at the company is able to help.

Order new phone and contract SIM card not activated what is use of you sending phone and SIM when SIM is not ready to use will have to wait 72 hours for SIM activation if I knew this would have gone to Vodafone direct.
