“Phone arrived without issue and so far so good. However I requested for it to arrive on a specific date due to a prior commitment yet it arrived a day early (why offer a choice of delivery dates if that isn't adhered too?) Whilst placing the order it wouldn't allow me to port my number yet other sites had no issue with this so I had to do this manually once the phone arrived which seemed an unnecessary waste of time.”

“ID mobile offer very competitive pricing and have a proactive customer services team. So far so good. I would recommend their products to my family and friends. My only issue was the delivery service provided by DPD who were poor and difficult to deal with. I would be happy to pay a premium for an alternative delivery company. That’s why my score is not 9/10.”

“Good choice of phones and deals. I felt reassured the company was backed by a household name. However, dpd delivered the phone before the date I had requested and then said that they would leave the phone on the doorstep if I wasn't in. Fortunately, they did hand it to a real person - as I was not at the address on the day they decided to deliver. So keep a very close eye on the emails - they had delivered it before I realised what they were going to do.”
