“Pre-purchase service lovely, post purchase, a different kettle of fish! I received the phone Wednesday, unpackaged it Thursday but was unable to use it because I had to wait for the Pac code transfer which happened on the Friday, at that point I noticed a crack to the left corner of the screen (it is not an easy crack to seen), as I worked late the Friday evening, I decided to contact CS Saturday morning. I was then told because I am just contacting them "there is nothing we can do". No solution offered, I am a very new customer and I also took out insurance. Please be mindful with your purchases.”
