“Phone is Fast and effective. Large screen but very slim line. Quality camera and sound. Ordered a phone that was in stock, then 24hours email to say out of stock. Waited 9days still no phone. Cancelled the deal due to this. Went else where to get deal and was rejected due to credit. Not happy at this point, phoned back to mobiles.co.uk and apparently because I Cancelled the deal, due to there error, it still showed up on Vodafone provider side that I had a contract that looked like I just Cancelled so they rejected any other attempt for me to get a contract. Finally after over half an hour on the phone the girl was able to set the record straight with Vodafone and get me a new deal. I also bought a fast charger that was on offer and when it arrived its not compatible with my phone. Lots of small customer service improvements needed Iny opinion. I used email, phone calls and live chat to try and resolve this.”
