“worst phone i have ever had. broke after 13 months and has not worked since, but continue to be stuck in the 2 year contract, as the EE say because there was a slight crack on the screen, which i concur is there, but happened after owning the phone for 3 months. the phone continued to work till one day would no longer charge. i have since read this is an area of issues others have experienced.”

Hi, We do understand that having a no working phone can cause a great deal of inconvenience. Your phone will be covered by either a 12 or 24 month manufacturer warranty. As your phone has damage to the screen, this would need to be fixed before the warranty repair can be carried out. Felt confident after reading their refurbished page and nothing was said about the conditions, just that they were mostly returns but when I received the handset, the screen was all scratched. Sent back for a exchange but nothing yet.”

“Website glitched somehow and the order went through twice. Called them and the cancelled the duplicate order straight away but still have to wait for refund. Delivery was fast - next day on a Sunday in a pandemic. Can't complain. Phone seems great so far!”
