“I am really happy with my new phone and the deal I got with it. Due to business I received the phone a day later than informed, but was kept updated with an email. When trying to track my parcel I kept getting a random address for something that had been delivered in 2018. You have to download the app to get an accurate location and up to date information. Other than that happy customer.”

“I went for an upgrade deal. The order process was painless and the o2 tariff was changed almost instantly. It took a few days to get the phone, due to it being shipped to the billing address not the requested shipping address. After a call to customer services this was corrected and the phone was delivered 2 days later. I would use mobiles.co.uk again.”
