“Placed order and had some issues with credit checks as I recently moved house. On speaking to mobiles they advised me to speak to the network provider that I did, and they would call me back in 45 minutes to resolve. Unfortunately I was still on the phone to the network provider when mobiles called back and when I didn’t pick up they immediately cancelled my order, which means I had to go through it all again. When I placed a new order having sorted the issue it was fine, phone arrived the following day.”

“I got my order online which was pretty simple and easy and I got a great deal on iPhone 12 mini. But there was a problem with my payment not going through as my bank stopped it thinking it was fraudulent. So I got email and text to say to call mobiles.co back as there was a problem with my order. I called back and the agent I spoke to processed my payment and everything was ready she was very helpful and gave great customer service.”
