“The products are fantastic and the delivery very effective. Both orders have been available earlier than expected. My only gripe is that when I ordered the storage boxes on the phone, I wasn’t alerted to the fact that they were self assembly. If I had know I would have booked premium service. The delivery guys were great and said they were easy to make up, plus there was a YouTube video available. I couldn’t find the video - can I suggest that this link is made more readily available. The boxes are not difficult to make up, but are challenging to make up without someone to help hold various sections in place while the screws are inserted.”

“Very good quality furniture. We ordered a fire pit table and the instructions were useless so I had to figure everything out myself. It works fine though and is a nice feature. Better instructions are required though. Very happy overall with the purchase. Be prepared for a long lead time. The delivery guys Terry and Lewis were good.”

“Website was slow at times. Pictures from different angles would have been helpful. Essential details obliterated by a tag saying available in different colours. Difficult to get a perspective - need to see someone sitting in it - if that makes sense - to understand angle. I have a small concern that you have to use a lot of cushions to make it comfortable... that said, the design was much more original than anything else available. Payment screen was easy to work - very efficient”

“Easy checkout, would have been nice to see a list of exactly what is and what is not included in the order (e.g. when ordering a table and chair set it's not noted if the umbrella is included or not). Excited to see the finished product”

“The delivery team was amazing, telephoned ahead of schedule, unloaded the goods and placed them exactly where indicated. Louis and Anthony were very polite and very knowledgeable about the product. Great service guys.”
