“One of the feet on the sun loungers was broken off, service from Louis and Anthony the delivery guys was excellent.”

“The fitting was done very well. The fitters Damien B and Richard W were friendly and efficient. There were some issues with the actual furniture. The storage box lid was chipped, the internal lining of the box didn’t fit correctly, some of the Velcro has come away from the edges and some of the screw fittings for the fire pit were not included. We are hoping Moda deal with these issues as promptly and efficiently.”

“Lovely furniture, very pleased with the style and quality. Only didn’t give 5 stars as we were buying another item for our set purchased last August and the price has increased 240% (£175 to £420) for an extra centre seat. Not impressed with this price hike but obviously didn’t have much choice in order to match the set. Delivery guys Terry and Mark K arrived promptly within the time slot and very polite and helpful.”

“Very good friendly service . Very helpful .Lewis c and Damien B. Only slight issue is that I forgot to ask about how the one side comes up as headrest on the settee and no instructions left. Not their fault at all. I should have remembered. It was only when I put the cushions on”

“We are so happy with our new Moda Furniture. We have had two deliveries, and all the delivery teams have been really helpful and friendly. Both orders had slight problems but both were dealt with on a return visit within a week. I can’t fault the customer service and would gladly recommend Moda in future.”
