Incorrect sized rug delivered. Incorrect rug delivered a second time but substantially damaged. Incorrect rug delivered on a new order. No delivery of an under mat, then a previous returned one redelivered but damaged. Incorrect refund on second order. Would not recommend or use this company again. The only positive is that Karen is helpful and sympathic when you call the help desk.

The rug I ordered was poor quality and priced at £34 . The same rug in a chain carpet shop was £14.99

The rug was not the colour shown on their website and despite me sending clear photo's as evidence, the company refused to accept the evidence and made me pay for the return. the company states on their website that the average cost of returns is £9. You couldn't return a doormat for this price. I had to pay £86. to return my rug through their recommended couriers. I will never use this company again.

the photos are extremely misleading. we ordered beige and got grey and its clearly very different to the photos. not even close, but they have gone on to blame lighting, computer screens and also our interpretation of what beige is!!!! Unbelievable, we are completely disgusted.

Wrong rug sent and when I tried to address this with them their customer service was appalling. Took weeks and a lot of inconvenience to get a refund. Ordered another rug from another retailer without issue

Waited in all day. Rug had fault/hole in it. Told firm and sent photos. They said was not faulty. Would have to return at own cost. Explained consumer rights to them. Their solution was to collect rug one day then deliver a new one on another day? 3 whole days waiting in just before xmas! Have cut my losses and will not buy from this firm again. Had used them this second time as was replacing the same rug we had bought last year. So we knew the rug did not `shed`.

Ordered in November, the wrong rug was delivered. Still waiting for the rug we originally ordered and have had no further contact from customer service. Poor.

I have never had such appalling service, including the wrong sized rug sent sent twice on two different orders, returned items being delivered back to my home address delaying my refunds, wrong delivery days and failure to return items together and delayed refunds.

Really poor experience unfortunately. Rug I bought was promised to be delivered within a month, got sold out with a promised to be delivered within another month delay and it turns out that order with the producer has never been put in place with more delays. Quality of the rug is poor too. Maybe because of the material, it does not sit flat on the floor create uneven surface everytime something or someone is on the too of it.

Probably the worst customer service I have came across in the whole interior design industry. Poor information and rude staff.. they don’t even know what they are selling. Website totally misleading and delivery times are NOT as shown near the product. Still waiting for a rug which has 1 week lead time and now it’s 2 month. No information about that unless I don’t call to ask. We had a problem with the billing and NO help at all. My experience couldn’t be worse. It’s a shame because the website has a lot of potential but probably the owner doesn’t really care much about customer service.

They sent a rug - right colour wrong pattern - I sent an email about this. No apology for wrong pattern - Modern Rugs said I could parcel rug up and pay to have it sent back to them. I would be held responsible if the rug went missing and when they received it the would consider an exchange. At £319 for rug - toouch hassle. I kept their choice off rug!

Your courier let you down. It was a nightmare to get my rug. I already told you and you just said "sorry". Not goid enough. Will never ever buy from you again.

The rug that was delivered looked completely different to what was advertised. Refused to pay for postage to send back as they said I had changed my mind but the rug was faulty/false advertisement. Very disappointed, rubbish customer service will never buy from them again.

Very poor customer service, i couldn't find an email address for customer services themselves so had to email sales who then didn't forward on my email when asked. The rug was of poor quality so i asked for a refund to be told that it was very clear on their website that you are entitled to a refund but you have to pay for the cost of returning the item via a reputable courier. I supplied images of the pages from Google i used to buy the product and not one said that i was responsible for paying for return postage. The item page even states you are free to return the item just notify them. I've had no further correspondence trying to recitify this. I'm not using them again and if you are in any doubt about the product just be mindful that you will have to pay the return cost.
