The two ladies were friendly and approachable, and did a good job of cleaning the flat. However, I left the keys with them and when I got back, I discovered that the front door lock was jammed and broken. I had to replace it myself.

Cobwebs were not cleared from the ceiling. Skirting board was not cleaned and desks were still dirty.

Did not turn up on the day When did turn up broke a shower screen in main bathroom and damaged a shelf in a small lounge.causing it to fall. Did not turn up for a follow up clean as arranged.

Hi, I am paying £70 for a full house clean. They are only taking 1hr 20mins to do the whole house which is over £35 an hour. Plus, on both occasions there is still dust on the dressing tables and dust on items on the dressing tables. The kitchen floor still had obvious food marks on it after mopping. I’m afraid the standard isn’t what I expected. I will be phoning to cancel the service as feel that it is not worth having for once a month and for the cost. Charlie

The first few cleans were great but then the maids took less and less time to clean the house each time, missing quite a few things. We had to ask them back to reclean the house on one occasion. The last time they came without telling us, couldn't clean as we weren't in but Molly Maid took £85 from my bank account anyway - despite me not authorising this. We decided not to use them again and, three weeks later, are still waiting for our money back. Really disappointing.

Cleaning good but not to expected standard, item of porcelain broken. First time using MM and to be honest not great value for money. People very nice though!

Won't hoover under beds. Poor communication. Turned up early. Missed the appointment. Generally poor quality of cleaning.

No initial visit so hourly rate. Paid for 2 hours but left after 1 h 50 on first visit. 2nd visit only worked for 1 h30 and didn’t touch 2 rooms, or empty all bins as requested. Not impressed so far....

I paid £55 and I had 2 cleaners who were here for 30 mins , so a total of 1 hour of cleaning which seems to me to be terribly expensive . The previous time they were here for an hour so I had a total of 2 hours cleaning . Why the discrepancy in time ? Lots of things like mirrors , glass , doors , mirrirs were not done this time .Wasn't swept under the sofas either visit . When I phoned after the cleaners left yesterday to explain that I was unhappy with paying £55 and they were here for for 30 mins I was told the price is for the job ! She didn't take on board what I was saying . She said that she would tell them to stay for at least an hour in future but I still feel I didn't get the clean that I paid for yesterday . I asked if the price of the job had been calculated incorrectly . I was told no . She was not sympathetic to my concerns . I am now seriously thinking whether to get someone else to do the job instead of Molly maid . I chose them having had them years ago and knowing that they weren't cheap but just wanted a thorough clean doing by a professional company which I don't think I've had. I feel disappointed and let down . On a positive note the two ladies who came are very pleasant and one of them particularly seems quite meticulous .

Service is very expensive based on an hourly rate when broken down. First clean was relatively good, second clean not at all. Having had the floor steam cleaned twice there are stains present which haven’t been cleaned. I had to clean the skirting boards in the kitchen after the team left along with the kitchen cupboards and handles. Not impressive for such an expensive cleaning service.

The house had been cleaned but not to the standard expected for the money charged. The house had been mostly dusted and hoovered and the bathroom wiped. Really disappointed

Floors not thoroughly cleaned. Bath was dusted not wet cleaned! Windows 'cleaned' with cloths that were not clean so looked smeary when sun shone! Unbelievably expensive - 2 cleaners cost £79 for 1.5 hrs one week and for only 1hr 10mins the following week. The 2 ladies were pleasant & polite but that level of service is simply unacceptable. I never knew quite what time they would arrive and they clearly rushed through & left for lunch or the next job. I need people who will attend to cleaning my house thoroughly for an agreed time each week.

The girls who done the clean were fab. But the team leader Terry gave us the wrong time for the 1st clean so we were sat waiting in for an extra 2 hours waiting. Due again yesterday and Terry forgot to give the girls the key for our house. So for that reason we have decided to cancel our contract.

The person who came to see my aunt did not tell the cleaners how much work was needed. The cleaners were lovely but left the windows smeared and the cleaning wasn't of the high level expected. No-one has come over to see the work. I have tried to speak to someone three times. The last time I was called while I was at work. I tried to ring back and the number is out-going only. He hasn't rung back and the only way to contact him is using your premium rate number.

While the ladies who the actual cleaning are good and work hard, i am not happy with the mis-information i was given by the office. I booked a service of 68 pounds per job and was told the ladies would stay until the job was finished. However, this is not the case they only stay 1 hour 15 or 20 minutes so if i had planned some jobs there is not enough time for them to do them. Also i booked a slot for Monday mornings around 10:30 only to find out which i was not to told is if older customers already have that slot the ladies can come up to any time of 2pm? I had said i on taking on molly maids i preferred morning slots. You are not given all the information you actually need to make a proper informed decision and while it is not the cleaners fault i would expect a better service from the office!

The ladies were lovely & everything was extremely professional, your rates seemed good until the list of things I had asked for help with in the initial house check were not done ie a proper clean of the floors. 2 people in 1 hour was simply not enough. They did a very general brief clean but I wanted a thorough clean, I didn't want a quick job I wanted a good job. They also used a cleaning product on my aluminium cooker, surround & hood which has made a horrific mess.

First clean- dust/hair on bedside tables. Had to really look hard to see if they had been! 4 hours paid by nit sure if 4 hours work completed. House was left tidy so only cleaning to be done. In summary I would say we had been given a quick go over with the hoover and surfaces had been cleaned by wiping around objects. Bathroom was done to an okay standard. No follow up call from owner. No follow up visit. Very sorry from him and an offer of different cleaners but we had been left under whelmed and unimpressed.

The first time Molly Maid came to my house they were unable to do a proper clean as I had just decorated 2 bedrooms so there was some upheaval and they couldn't get everywhere. That was my fault. The 2nd visit they arrived at 10am and had left by 10.39am. The lamp table in the living room needed cleaning but wasn't touched, the drawers in my bedroom weren't dusted, not sure if this was because there were things on top of it but I would have expected them to be moved and put back. The women who attended were very nice and friendly but I would expect a lot more for £48 per visit. I did not feel it was in any way good value. The organisation wasn't great either. They came in the morning, without any prior arrangement, and it was just good luck that I was there. The first time was in the afternoon and I hadn't received any notification that they would be there at a different time.
