“Quality items, superb customer service. I made an error when I placed my order, realized it 5 mins after I submitted my order. Customer Service (via the chat function), helped me right away. I followed their directions, and the correct order was delivered. The person I dealt with was able to help quickly, effectively, and kindly. “Paxton and Sawyer absolutely love this bed and got the huge bed so they could share! As soon as I unpacked it they tried jumping on the duvet cover! Stuffing it with old blankets and their old bed is a great idea! We will definitely be purchase items! Thanks Molly Mutt! We have 2 happy puppers!”

Hi Angie, Unfortunately we don't have any record of an email from you? Regardless, returns of unused items are never a problem at Molly Mutt. Simply download the return form from the info section of our website, fill it out and enclose it along with the item.
