“The customer service was amazing. When I contacted them with a question, they had the answer immediately and helped me to order exactly what I needed. We have purchased several dog beds and duvey covers throughout the years, and we have always had an amazing experience with the ordering process and with the quality of the beds. “We had old pillows we couldn’t donate or give away, bought the stuff sack, water proof cover and a duvet. Dogs love it, has become the most used dog bed in the house.”

“Molly Mutt’s products are very well made—I’ve purchased beds, bed covers, kennel bed covers, a blanket—all with exactly the measurements stated on the site. The material is strong yet soft, not stiff at all. I can’t remember exactly how I found Molly Mutt, but I’m very glad I did.”

“It took over a week on two occasions for an email. I still need covers for my crate, that I haven’t even ordered yet because I’m waiting for store credit. Overall- poor experience. I’d order elsewhere if it wasn’t for the store credit.”

We approve all returns (refund or store credit) when they arrive at our warehouse and we ensure the items are in good condition. Unfortunately, we've dealt with some bad actors and received dirty & damaged items. As soon as we have your return we will issue your store credit. Please let us know if you need anything else.

“I ordered couch and car seat covers as well as a dog blanket. Everything is attractive and well made. I did have a slight problem with delivery (not the seller's fault) and they were responsive. I would definately recommend!”
