“I just got the stuff sack but my dog laid on it as soon as it was filled and put into my cover. I am happy and think this is a genius idea. Wish I had thought of it. I kind of did with another dog as any new bed we slept on first before giving to our dog. :)”

“Great product concept - I was really happy with the liner and doggy duvet that I ordered. The liner is HUGE, with room for as much or as little stuffing as you like. My mini bull terrier was SO pleased to have a new bed to jump around in. Hope to order again soon!”

“I love my Molly Mutt liners are covers, it makes washing the pet beds so much easier. It use to take me three days to wash the beds (we have 17 dog beds - a couple in each room) Now with the liners I don't have to wash the beds, just the covers - so two loads in the washing machine and I am done!!”

“Molly Mutt offers beautiful, high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We purchased personalized items for our puppy and allowed Molly Mutt to choose the embroidery colors. The dog beds are gorgeous! We like that we can make use of clothing and blankets that are past their prime to stuff the beds, and that all components can be washed and dried easily. Special thanks to Al, who so graciously cancelled an order of personalized items when, tragically, our first puppy passed away. He was so kind and understanding. We didn’t hesitate to order again from Molly Mutt for our new girl.”

“Awful experience. They sent me someone else’s personalized bed and then never sent me what I ordered. I placed my order May 14th and received the (wrong) items within three days. I notified them immediately of the mistake and they said they shipped out the correct order. I never received it. It has been almost four weeks! I am a COVID doctor and was unable to go to the post office since I cannot expose others so I was just now able to mail out the incorrect items since I now am no longer interested in having any of their products due to poor customer support. They also asked me to return everything in my order instead of just the incorrect item which is so ubsurd since they haven’t even sent me my actual bed yet. I ordered the bed online since I could not go to any shops and one month later, I still have nothing to show my dog. I include a picture of their subpar embroidery job.”

this is definitely a poor experience and we apologize for all the issues. it looks like you received a cover we were working on to fix the embroidery—we have no idea how it ended up in your package! a replacement should have been sent right away, and that it wasn't is a failure on our part. we have since implemented new procedures when passing along customer issues to our warehouse team. your order has been refunded in full and we reached out to you via email to help fix our error. we're very sorry for the inconvenience.

“Very quick shipping and delivery. Great products. We got the bed with headrest, kennel cover, and cat hammock. The kennel cover is wonderful. The bed with headrest is lovely though the med/large takes quite a few blankets and clothes to fill it fully.”
