“10 weeks for a puncture and cable wire to be sorted. Ignored emails and phone calls. Then tried to stick us with £20 carrier charge even tho we said we would pick it up! Took 2 weeks to get adjusted invoice....then noway to pay online. Until I kicked off with legal threats. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

“What a fantastic shopping experience. Ordering was easy and straight forward. I messed up my order (selected the wrong size gloves) sent an email and this was sorted out very efficiently. Delivery was super quick, ordered on a Sunday and order arrived Tuesday. Item exactly as described and well packaged. Will be using them again soon. Big thanks to Heidi for correcting my order (my error).”

“I didn't expect such a pristine scooter as I had bought one from the Pure Advance Flex range in Fair condition.I was initially skeptical as such bargains usually turn out to be scams but I was proven wrong by a far margin. I am overjoyed with contentment and would definitely recommend MOOSE.”
