“I have just received my son s scooter and I am totally over the moon with it all in perfect condition and the best birthday present for the price I got it for. Truthfully I had a few bad thoughts about it but it was all just me being me. 5 star is what I would give it.”

Hiya, No problem, please could you send the same message to our customer service team? That sounds like a very quick fix on our end. We just need to remotely reset your scooter using it's unique MAC address. Best wishes, Josh
