Purchased on a Sunday and was delivered on a Tuesday. Item is in immaculate condition was packaged appropriately and isn’t excellent piece of kit. I did have to get in contact with customer services which were amazing and resolved my query in an excellent and timely manner cannot fault one bit highly recommend, moose and the items

My son loves his new scooter for it being second hand it was a good price.No problems with it & in fact the whole family have had a shot. 😀

My scooter came all scratched up on the bottom of the scooter and when scooter has been used for a long ride it doesn’t charge once I go to put it on charge so I have to wait until the next day to put it on charge

The scooter I bought in your store came in a terrible condition. It is damaged, scratched and has a frayed brake cable. In my opinion, it is assembled from old, non-original parts. I have another identical model also bought in your store and even the button in the "new" one is completely different, not touch-sensitive. This is the third scooter I have bought from you and this time I am very disappointed. I will not mention the fact that the next day delivery trial is three days. Please solve this unpleasant situation. I am sending photos attached

Hi Klaudia, Thanks for leaving this review, however we are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the scooter. We've noted your concerns about the scooter and we want to address them directly. Here are a few key points we'd like to clarify for you: - Your order was placed after our 2pm cut-off for next working day delivery, so it was dispatched as early as possible the following day and arrived after the weekend due to our team and couriers not operating on weekends. - The scooter you ordered is classified as 'fair' condition, our lowest grade, which includes visible scratches on the frame and wear on the tires. These are definitely not new, however, it's important to note that all scooters are fully checked and serviced with plenty of life left in them. - Our refurbished scooters are priced incredibly low due to their pre-loved nature, and while we make every effort to restore them to a 'like-new' condition, we cannot entirely eliminate cosmetic damage and mileage. We aim to make this clear throughout the purchasing process, but we apologise if there was any oversight. One of our customer service team members has already reached out to you regarding your review, and they are ready to assist you in resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Arrived swiftly and was as good as new! In fact I’d say it was brand new! Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Received a scooter from them had it for just over a month and used regularly and it broke said it wouldnt be covered in warranty as they assumed i was trying to injure myself or something on it saying i was jumping off kerbs and allsorts tried to atleast get some money back and they refused would never shop with them again waste of 400 pounds.

Excellent product at best price! Fast delivery, was slightly damaged in transit but resolved asap no issues. Accidentally sent without charger but arrived fully charged to use and sent via next day recorded. these things do happen but no harm due to very good customer service. Would use again & again have already recommended to friends and family.

I'm enjoying the scooter 🛴 very much. Having a few problems with the tyres. Slow punctures are happing , tryre tread not thicker enough.
