“Morrison’s really exceeded my expectations today, I had my shopping delivered for Christmas expecting to have a more than a few items out of stock or substituted just going by other supermarkets in the past but I was pleasantly surprised out of all what I ordered there was only on a couple of things out of stock and just one item substituted which was fine. “Amazing staff at the keighley store who are so helpful and willing to help you with your shopping if needed! The checkout staff are so good and don’t rush you to pack your shopping and will offer to help pack your bags. This store needs more recognistion for all their hard efforts as I don’t think it is recognised enough!!”

My bridesmaid Emma got a phone call the morning of my wedding to tell me that Morrison’s had come to my rescue with krispy kreme doughnuts . krispy kreme basically let me down a couple of days before the wedding . I will never forget this phone call , it put a massive smile on my face .. can you believe it .. they were all eaten , Ben and I didn’t even have one � however , our guest devoured them and that’s what it’s all about !! Thank you Joe for showing me that we are still such a loving and caring nation !!!”

“My baby was tired and the shop took longer than I thought so he started crying at the till. The lady serving made a fuss of him and gave him a balloon, a smile broke through the tears and peace was restored. She also packed my shopping for me as I had the baby in my arms by this point.
