On October the 14th, I left Mountain Warehouse Rotorua feeling very uncomfortable after learning a certain employee known as a danger to society was still working there. I felt threatened by their presence and didn't feel safe to shop there. Sadly, I won't be shopping there ever again due to the unsafe environment created by this person.

Ordinarilly exceptionally good about returns as was with first ever. Bicycle Jacket (as was with otherwise trainers whose soles became detached...KEAN or KEENE or KEANE was it)? Really good bicycle jackets. BUT. The zips are worse than useless! Should they choose to enhance the zips, I should most deffinitely shop there again. Ordinarilly. Good store. Good CON{(ned)demned}sumer relations, BUT downright irritating. How fortunate I am. Unlike hither too. I maybe foolishlypurchased a spare. But it maybe rendered, the warranty useless, which in any event, due to relocation some 500km south of inverDrunkenINCAPAPABLESjunkiesDISFUNCTIONALS, I may have misplaced, more likely lost the receipts. Lamentably. I shall miss their exceptionally empathetic Irish manager. Quite at variance with his inverArsehole(d) predecessor. Despite these repeated, irritations. I should continue to purchase from, Mountain Warehouse. Though I was dismayed, I had to pay a further £30 to rectify the problem, their manufacturers created and/or compounded to rectify as such. No longer uaving access to receipt(s), I cannot verify the date(s). Please advise how, most unusually, I may upload photograpic evidence to Trust Pilot as with Google.maps and/or Google.io...said photograph(s) already, yet forwarded to Mountain Warehouse. Should Trust Pilots CENSORS, no doubt, respond. Please request I forward, most recent, said 2 images. Others both long ago & recently previously repeatedly forwarded to Mountain Warehouse & since deleted. Advising such that. Should they enhance the zips, I shouldn't have had to. I would most deffinitly, repuchase, (as I should, aforementioned Training shoes too, whose name I am, since, now uncertain of brand)? Hither too. Returns. No problem & full reimbursement. Lamentably upon this occasion. Mission IMPOSSIBLE.

Ordered a winter jacket as a birthday present & had it been delivered on time it would've arrived 3-4 days before the birthday. Tracking updates on the day showed no issues and an expected delivery slot of 12-2pm to my nominated pick up point of a Tesco Express. Next update was to say the parcel was being returned to the sender, no reason why. When i looked on the Evri app to track the parcel there was even less information as its status had changed to 'we have your parcel.' Over the last 3 days i have had zero contact from Evri, at no point have they updated me. Eventually i contacted Mountain Warehouse who i'd bought the coat off. God only knows where the information came from with their update. The delivery had apparently been refused as nobody at the delivery address recognised the name as living at the delivery address at TESCO EXPRESS ?! Also i would no longer be able to reveive this item as it was now out of stock ! What difference does it make if it's no longer in stock if it was already despatched ?! Finally received an update from Evri but only after i'd contacted them asking for an update. A photo of the outside of the shop was the total content of the update ! I've emailed Mountain Warehouse and asked for answers for the ridiculous explanations. * the name not being recognised at the address, a shop ? * the item not being in stock, despite already being despatched ? * why wasn't another delivery attempt made ? * why has the item been returned by Evri without another delivery attempt ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I wore a hiking boots twice and they fell apart. No refund, apparently I used them incorrectly. Apparently walking in them is not possible. Terrible quality, cheap materials. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered 2 pair of small thermal brushed leggings for $9.99 on sale. Not realizing how small their "small " is, I tried to try a pair on for fit and the waist is nearly the size of my thigh, they are so small. Worst part about this is returning them is a waste of money and time. They accept return within 60 days, customer pays postage, ontop of a $10 charge for accepting the return. If I was able to get to a store this would be done for free. Not pleased with the sizing, or the online/post return. Also purchased a vest on sale, tbh I would be upset of the quality if it was full price, considering its for work, I'll let it be. The jeans I ordered on sale seem to be ok other then they could be a little longer considering they are "turn-up" jeans.

Returned an item, bought in store Epsom branch, brand new, unworn with tags, purchased a few days earlier. Returned on the 9th Jul to Mountain Warehouse Epsom branch. I am still waiting for the refund to show on my credit card statement today 24th July 15 days later! I contacted customer services who asked for a copy of transactions on my statement ( prob to make sure I hadn’t been refunded) which I duly sent to them and as yet have not received a response.

I've recently bought a few items, boots, hats socks, snow jacket. I found the quality to be good for everyday use and general walking. I can't comment on whether they stand up to extreme conditions. The staff in the Cardiff City Centre store are helpful.

⚠️📢🚨 MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE Do not buy their cheap clothing. mountain warehouse junk bootsDo not buy their cheap clothing. £200 boots Boots metal tab/hoop pulled off. BY A 13 YEAR OLD GIRL. Not even one wear. Boots were a gift for my 13year old daughter. No receipt = No help from customer services at all. "CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH OUT RECEIPT " ROBOTIC CONDESCENDING TERRIBLE ATTITUDE POLICY Sent images of brand new boots in box with all packaging and labels, clearly unworn mint except for the ridiculous damage. No help whatsoever. Just rude condescending customer service reps

they are selling garbage. I brought snow shoes, there is only one thin layer at the bottom inside, I feet are on the plastic, very cold and uncomfortable! their website always shows clearance, half price during the whole year! that is cheating! even half price, their products are not worth that much!

This company uses ULALA to ship items, it does mot deliver to your door, but to the lobby, where the items can be easily stolen, this company is absolutely irresponsible towards it's customers, 100% ignorant, do not waste your money and time

I visited Mountain Warehouse in December and was served by an extremely helpful young man by the the name of Sean . He really did go out of his way to help both myself and my sister.It was a pleasure to shop there .

I was a first time customer. I paid for premium 2 to 3 day shipping which cost an extra 20 dollars. It took 10 days to recieve and had to argue with 3 agents before getting my shipping refunded. Then when I recieved the boots, they are way smaller than website description. Not even close to true to size and they want me now to pay 10 dollars for return label. Never again will I be ordering from this company.

I used to be a fan of mountain warehouse and can remember ordering from them at least 4 times in the last 12/18 months. On 28 April I ordered two items, one a val ski backpack 25l. Lovely pack and ordered with plenty of time to spare before my next trip. The second item is one of the silly little things one add on for free shipping, a flashlight. Today, on 8 May, 11 days after purchase only one item arrive. Not my backpack, only the flashlight. On contacting customer service I am first told it was delivered and then when I contact them again the pack was out of stock. No problem, send me a similar black pack and make sure its in time for my trip. Customer service try to send me the ugliest orangy cheap looking bag I have ever seen. This is not acceptable people. Back to amazon I go...

The sizes are not accurate. I wear a 12, but ordered a 14 and the coat fits like a 10. The color isn't Navy. It's more like what you call, Persian Blue. I paid $10 for delivery (ridiculous) and then they want an additional $5 to send it back. Then, they require a printer on hand to print out the USPS slip at the moment. No option to email it for print later. They're years behind the time on going the extra mile for customer service, product verification (quality check) to ensure customers are getting what they're expecting and then taking responsibility for return shipping when the item sizes are clearly not accurate, plus there is no option for immediate exchange if I had wanted to do that. The product is clearly overpriced. It came highly wrinkled and the back side of the coat appears defected with inability to lay flat. The pic. to the actual product isn't equivalent. 1st purchase and last purchase. Highly disappointed and appears to be a hassle to return or exchange for something else. These days, when you burn a bridge on 1st experience, it's harder to retain a customer or convince them to give the company another shot. I'm taking this as an unrecovered loss and will go back to in person purchases. Living in Pacific NW, I really needed this coat!

I bought boots and never got my order. Fed ex delivered to a completely different address! For days I argued with them to either get my money back or another shipment in. Finally after nearly a week I got my money back! Don’t order from them!

Invited reviews from Trust pilot has tainted the true issues with Mountain Warehouse. The enclosed pictures of my Mountain Warehouse gloves that still look new some two years later due to limited use reflects the quality issue with some products. IF, Mountain Warehouse actually listened to their customers,vendors with poor quality an be removed from its list.The gloves attachment points for the "hook"fell apart year ONE of ownership which is why they're limited use. I don't want to lose them given the drama of Mountain Warehouse's refunds,and poor customer service.These remain my only light use gloves until I lose them,they fall apart,or someone gifts me with a replacement pair.

I recently purchased two pairs of the Footprint hiking trousers. On the first day of wearing both pairs of pants, the stitching ripped. On one of the pairs of pants, two of the belt loops ripped while I was adjusting my belt; the next day, while wearing the second pair, the crotch of the pants ripped while I was bending down. For supposedly being "hiking trousers," they have zero durability.  I am extremely frustrated as I just bought these pants and was hoping to wear them for the remainder of the summer, but they didn't even last a day. I paid over 100 dollars, and they were a complete rip-off.  This was my first time purchasing clothing with Mountain Warehouse, and needless to say, I will not be returning.
