“Excellent customer service combined with real value for money products. Their outdoor clothing performs as well as any of the big name brands, I can never understand why people pay up to 3x as much for a product with the same performance spec and made from the same materials from big name brands. I have used Mountain Warehouse gear for several years and it has lasted better than the garments I have purchased from NF, B/H & T 24.”

“Was welcomed in store straight away and asked if we needed any help. We only went into to have a browse, and ended up purchasing a coat! The ladies were very polite and every question was answered to our satisfaction! It is a shame this store in lewes is closing because everyone seems to where counrty outdoor clothing in the town. It looked like it fitted perfectly to the area. And also the staff were great when we visited.”

“I like M W clothes and usually order online. My last order however I returned because the clothes didn't suit me. Hermes was the courier and collected the returns from me....if Hermes was the messenger for the gods it's now gone to the dogs....MW was very supportive through my difficulties with Hermes.”

“I live in Alberta, Canada and ordered clothes for myself, husband and kids. It was shipped the following day and arrived 6 days later. The quality of everything is great. Not amazing, but much better than say Old Navy. For the price it is definitely worth it! Not sure how well it wears/lasts as I just received it, but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Clothes fit true to size. Overall, worth the money particularly if you are shopping the clearance section.”

“Bought a waterproof cycling jacket, high-vis (via Amazon). Arrived fine. It's a cheap nasty fabric that makes a rustling sound, but totally does the job - very waterproof and windproof. Keeps the weather out better than my Endura, which was three times the price.”

“Goods (waterproof ski jacket ) ordered and delivered as stated on web site, it's very good, dry and warm. The only hicup, three day silence from order , wasn't sure where we were up to!!!!”
