“Shipping costs are way too high compared to other vendors. Shipping time is also much longer compared to other vendors. The order was placed on 11/28/22, and it was not received until 12/13/22. Considering it was a $250 order, it seems like the shipping time and costs can be improved. I have received orders from vendors, Knifewear and Cook's Edge, both in Canada, for free shipping, and the order arrived in less time!”

“I would love to write a glowing review if I ever received this product. However UPS claims to have delivered it and MTC Kitchen has not let me know what they plan to do about. Have not received product and have not received a replacement nor have I been offered a refund. Someone is benefiting from the sales but, it’s at the customer’s expense.”

“When I emailed MTC Kitchen about the status of my order after not seeing it shipped for a week during their holiday sale, they immediately responded they were slammed by their holiday sale (It was a fantastic sale and I can understand why!) and the next day my order was processed and arrived here in two days. Excellent customer service response for excellent products. And I do appreciate how they custom craft their cardboard shipping containers for each order for excellent protection for the shipped product.”

“MTC Kitchen website was easy to navigate and order items. Unfortunately when the cutting board arrived it was damage. When I called MTC they apologise and offered a full refund or replacement. This makes ordering from MTC no hassles or worries.”

“Wonderful selection and shipping was fast. Everything came well packaged and nothing was damaged, I ordered sharpening stones and they were individually bubble wrapped and then bubble wrapped as a whole so they did not move in shipping. I checked them thoroughly and everything looked and is performing wonderfully. I will be purchasing again in the future.”
