“So far I’ve completed my first week with Muscle food Goal Getters. It really has made a massive difference already. I was previously tracking my macros but not having any success on my goal which is to get lean and defined. Now that I’ve completed 1 week I can see instantly what I’ve been doing wrong. The meals are varied and plenty to choose from to keep the diet exciting. So far the meals I’ve had are very tasty and already have my next batch on the way. It’s taught me how to manage my cravings, portions and how to eat/snack throughout the day compared to my binge eating habits. So glad I took the plunge and I’m certain to see me though this journey using Muscle Foods”

“It arrived early in the morning giving us all day to do other things. Constant communication all the way through from order to delivery. Fresh handy packs ready for the freezer. Packaging recycled. Fantastic. Highly recommend. Will use again.”

“I have used muscel foods several times especially for those special times. I'm a single mum of 3 children and have to save money so I can afford Christmas hamper. I have had NO issues at all with my orders. They are always on time and packaged very well and kept chilled with there frozen ice packs. Food is top quality. I find the meats even taster than main supermarkets I would highly recommend anyone to try there products and you definitely won't be disappointed. My Christmas hamper will be delivered on 21st December. CAN'T WAIT”

“So had first delivery, didn’t like any of it so cancelled my subscription, only to find they take no notice of this and try to take money for next order which I haven’t ordered. Personally I would say avoid as obviously they take no notice of what you tell them and just continue to try and take money”

“The meal prep boxes leak everywhere during delivery and leave the entire contents soaked in sauce. In return for the many deliveries I've had like this I've been offered a voucher towards other products which I have no interest in buying. Musclefood have little to no concept of how to provide a decent level of customer service.”

“Terrible. Usually get reasonable service from muscle food. Order arrived today Opened the chicken up 4 big bags all smell like rotten eggs as soon as u open them. Checked the labels all best before 2 days time?? Kill dates are all early november. Find it massively concerning a company would send a product out in this state. Not even sure if this is edible given the smell coming off it pretty sure we have 20kg of rancid chicken. Thanks for nothing please introduce some quality control measures and dont send out chicken thats nearly out of date?! Massively dissapointed as a long standing customer that muscle food feel this is acceptable. I will be looking in to alternative suppliers to try and source meat that is fresh in the future.”

“Been ordering through muscle foods for a while now and have subscribed. Feeding a family of 6 is cost effective, food is delivered on time, cold, well packaged and always have a good date on them. We freeze most of it. The meat itself is absolutely amazing, always lean, full of flavour and not bulked with water! Just ordered my Christmas meat! Thank you muscle foods!!!”
