“Great healthy food chicken breasts are superb better than anything u get in supermarkets for sure and the hatchet burgers are 2 die 4”

“The chicken breasts had loads of sinew and no flavour. Beef was fatty and poor flavour. Overall mass produced poor quality only plus gammon good flavour and lean. Want a lot for your money it is ok but quality very poor .”

“Just received my first box of muscle food. It was the offer £39 pack and another with mixed meats for £1. What i have received is very dissappointing and i feel not very good value for money at all.. The portions of meat are very small. And apart from the chicken portions, will not go around a family of 4. I was looking forwards to making a batch of pasties with the diced beef, but what i received will just about fill 2 pasties. I will not be purchasing again i am afraid. For £39 i received chicken and a few pots of rice and a few other snall packs of meat meant for 1 person only i feel, really not worth the money. £46.00 with postage!!”

“Pretty disappointed have been waiting for dhl to deliver my order on Wendessay between 20 past 12 and twenty past one no order delivered I received a picture of a box behind my front door no box was there, I Emailed them and muscle foods rang the local refuse collection to see if they had inadvertently taken it as they were here collecting recycling. I have recieved no reply concerning this a while ago my neighbour came to my door with my order and told me it has been sat in our hallway since Wednesday. It was obviously taken to the wrong address and placed behind the door and there it stayed .”

“The meat quality is superb price great for the quality and comes well packaged on time and when expected the company are great to order from only once had a prob and was quickly sorted out by customer service keep up the good service guys I can’t fault them”

“Scam !!! Everyone check your bank statements these lot take £4 every 2 week or more sometimes from your account , they took 3 lots of £4 in one month off me , 2yrs worth my bank fraud team have advised !!! Be careful there doin it to everyone !!!”

“Musclefood is always of the greatest quality meat, at the best possible price. An absolute godsend during the pandemic when it is difficult to get grocery deliveries from your usual supermarket. They offer gluten and dairy free alternatives, as well as meal prep options which are very tasty! Highly recommended.”

“Very happy with my order, all items were good and food was delicious. Only issue is that 3 of my items were missing from my order instead of offering to redeliver my items I was given a voucher but still had to pay a minimum of £25 to get delivery included or forced to pay £8.99 for delivery which was a let down.”

“I received my muscle food delivery and the box was falling apart/ soaking wet from where the ice inside had melted. I then opened the box to find that the chicken breast had leaked out of its bag and was all over the rest of the food! I contacted the Musclefood customer service team via email (as I could not find a phone number anywhere!) and I was told that the only part of the order they would refund was the delivery charge! The next week I got an email to ‘confirm my new order’ and Musclefood had charged me for another order! - at no point did I subscribe or order anything else as I had such a poor experience the last time! I refused the parcel when it arrived the following day and emailed Musclefood and told them what had happened. I then got a reply back saying that for every order you must confirm it and that they had proof that I had done so (which I didn’t) and that there was nothing that they could do for me! My experience with Musclefood was so bad and I will never be using them again - they are scammers!”

“I achieved nothing,payed £45 for £35ish food,the mince isnt even enough to make a meal.....2 x 200gram,its very misleading,also people are telling me you take money from peoples account £4 a month as some sort of membership thing,can you verify or deny this please,l need you to get back to me before this goes any further,sure this can be sorted...M”
