I've been useing musclefood for many years now and I just love them they meat is just wonderful I never buyy meat from supermarkets now and have not for many years they chicken is better than any supermarket they do not shrink when you cook them

They sent me a parcel without previous notification, in spite of contacting them numerous times to request a delay for the delivery, they send me the parcel and leave it in my door. I'm on holidays but they didn't care about it, in addition, the customer service was less than inaccurate. I used to be a fan of this brand but from now on I will encourage everybody to do not buy their food

I wanted to rated zero. I used the food for max 3 months since March to May 2020, I notice that Muscle Food was charging 4 pounds continuously since I contacted them once I found out that they were charging me a membership charge which is the 4 pounds. 01st I wasn't aware that I needed to pay 4 pounds for a membership 02nd after canceling they are still charging me and we are now in August. ITS NOT OK, you should make it clear that there's a membership charge and definitely stop charging after one canceled! I am waiting for a reply from them and a full refund:(

Ordered a lot of steak, braising steak & hache steak, £70. One pack of braising steak was 19 days out of date??? How can that even happen? Today I cooked a 170g rump steak and it was awful. 47g of it was pure gristle.

I ordered my package with muscle, arrived on time was happy at first until I realised they gave me a out of date product and one of the packages I had wasn't sealed correctly, I wanted my money back but they had the cheak to give a 10 pound voucher or 1000 loyal points adds up to tenner i paid 66 pound at least half of it back i be happy poor service.

Absolutely fantastic product easy to follow excellent taste of food. So much to choose from. When it’s delivered to you it is packed very well with ice packs Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Great selection of meats with added extras, means I can share with my family & we're all fed for a really good price. Service is efficient & they provide ice packs to keep food fresh for upto 3 days if necessary.

Ordered from Musclefoods and payment taken, only to be advised a day later that they don't deliver to Guernsey and the website shouldn't have accepted my order. Which reminds me - I need to check that the refund came through!

£200 worth of food "somewhere" and the best response time they can give me is 4 days for a copy and pasted e-mail to then be told I'm only eligible for a 50% refund because the address was wrong (although it doesn't exist in my muscle food address book!) Had support have been faster I have no doubt that I could have retrieved this food from the courier. For someone who's spent 1000s with this company in the past, the decline has been clear to see, I'll never buy a thing or refer ever again. You can stick your 50% refund up "Ian" the guy that emails you every day's a**. Absolutely pathetic.
