“I liked it was packed well disliked the meat had rump steak could have used as shoe leather tough was an understatement as the dearest bit of meat in the pack expectations were high but this was very poor ruined a dinner as unbeatable only reason 3 stars haven't tried all the meat”

“Unable to use a student discount on there even though it says you can (tried several different times). Delivery seems to be longer than it used to be. But it's good value and packed well. Very nice meat ??”

“I have been a regular customer for a few years now and always been very happy but the last box of fillet chicken breast contained a lot of large bones which is very disappointing.”

“I was a bit disappointed this time. Not with the meat but with the packaging. Normally the chicken is double wrapped which prevents chicken juice from going everywhere. This time the chicken was only singly wrapped and the packs were soaked with chicken juice which then meant my kitchen counter was drenched in it. Also, whilst not Muscle Food's fault the delivery driver left the box outside my back porch instead of inside. The result was the outside of the box was drenched as it was pouring down.”

“Nearly every time I get a order something has leaked inside the pack due to the way it?s packed use need a better way of packaging them as the all move about in transit use trialed a different way of packaging a while back ware every box was in a little compartment so couldn?t move don?t no why use didn?t keep this”

“The meat itself is great but the packaging and delivery was terrible. The items turned up in a box that was so battered it had completely split open and the content were almost spilling out. The pizzas inside had been crushed and in one case the packaging was completely open so couldn?t eat it. Honestly looked like it has been kicked round a football field”

“Overall very good idea and plan. Was brilliant in the first month everything was on time and orders correct. Exercise tracker worked perfect. However month 2 exercise tracker kept stopping several times during workouts and continued to ever since. Last 2 orders have had items missing which is unfortunate due to how well the previous orders have been. Would get again if needed but hope the tracker can improve as progress affected with all the breaks from it crashing.”

“The chicken breasts needed a lot more trimming, not the best. Some nice size breast though which was good. I had an email saying an item fro the hamper out of stock so was refunded, no problem and good to be told before hand. We live in Scotland and the order takes an extra day, it would be good for extra ice packs as the meat was almost room temp as the packs had all melted on arrival. Straight in the freezer and fingers crossed all will be well.”

“Good things - Delivery was reasonable Bad things - Over half my order was unavailable but instead of contacting me before shipment so I could add additional items they just set half the items. This means now I have to order more and pay for shipping I shouldn't really have to pay.”
